This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever received at a nail shop. Their written policy makes it clear that they are deliberately trying to keep customers happy. My appointment was honored and on schedule; I was offered refreshments on walking in; the technician was attentive and worked a miracle of fixing the disaster from the other shop and the prices are reasonable. I just moved here from Chicago. I found this shop on yelp. It's very close to my house. My first visit was manicure and a pedicure. My second and third visit I did SNS manicure and pedicure. I can't remember the name of the technician that did my pedicure the first 2 times, but it was great. The last time it was Lina. She is very thorough. My pedicure took long but it was one of the best I've ever had. I got my nails done at the same time by Karen. She was great as well! My nails looked very natural. They have a kiddie pedicure chair and offer kids nails and toe special for $24. I like to bring my 5 year old with and she loves. The only negative part about that is my nails and toes take so much longer than hers so she does get restless. I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because my 18 year old daughter came with me the second time to get her nails and toes done. She loved her pedicure but hated her nails. Her nails chipped the same week. She got a full set. I can't remember the name of the technician. Maybe she was new because I have not had that experience for myself. *******HIGHLIGHTS/RECOMMENDATIONS******* - Offer the option for you to get nails and toes done at the same time -Lina gives great pedicures -Karen and Kelly (I think Kelly is the owner) are great on nails -Great color selection -Clean facility -Offer kiddie pedicures -Waxing available (I've never used though. Will try next time)

They got me in and out in about one hour and ten minutes. Fast yet great service. That pedicure was the best! The second time I returned was to cut my nails down. There is so much going on in the world I'm not sure if I will be able to maintain my nails especially if everything closes. They got me in and out fast. I have visited this salon twice since my original review. Both technicians were very careful with my cuticles since the original visit. Next time I will ask them to use the drill less to preserve my nail bed. Also, a note on price- they actually charge $30 for SNS which is the cheapest I have found it. I visited American Nail and Spa on a Saturday afternoon. It was crowded but I got seated fairly quickly for my pedicure. I wish they had more OPI nudes but I did find a Essie that was a peachy nude. My pedicure experience was average- not in a bad way, and it definitely was thorough- but I didn't like that they charged extra to use the callus shaver and callus remover. Most salons just have that as part of the service. A bit of confusion on my SNS manicure- my pedicure was all the way done and I still had to wait almost 10 minutes to get to a manicure chair. Was very impressed with the color pay out and the shape of my nails but my technicians induced some cuts around my nails( I can feel them when I wash my hands). I don't think this was due to cutting my cuticles as she was very careful but due to the electric drill getting too close. This was my first time getting SNS instead of gel. My pedicure was $26 and my SNS manicure was $35. I'm not sure if that's market price for SNS but it was a bit of sticker shock for me! Since there are so many different salons within a mile or two radius I think I'll try somewhere different next time I need a mani/pedi.
