Well well well. Major problem is once again with this place. I will say that when I moved here nine years ago this place had probably the best food in the area. The Cook, who is one of the owners really put his heart and soul into cooking and he had just delicious dishes. They had everything from French onion soup to sushi to short ribs. Fast forward to now both of the owners are now gone. Even through all the changes they still had a respectable burger for the area however I went there about a week and a half ago had a bacon cheeseburger, and it was the most horrible hamburger I ever had. I got their bottle of ketchup to do the fries in a little bit on the burger. The ketchup bottle seemed full of ketchup however it was all dried up inside, and only clear liquid was oozing out. It looks slightly pink. It was truly gross. On top of that the place seems super filthy. They totally lost the edge. I'll never go there again. To add that later that night I had indigestion at one of the highest levels I've ever had in my life. I guess there's new owners for God sakes, but they should at least clean the place doesn't cost a lot of money to hire someone to get it clean and not so sticky. read more

Came here this week on Monday for pizza night ($6 for a pizza that fed 2 of us) and then again on Thursday for chicken night ($8 for a meal that fed 2 of us). The pizza was good and filling - nothing too special but cheap and good. The fried chicken dinner was awesome, some of the best fried chicken we have had. It came with 3 pieces of boneless white meat fried chicken, green beans & mashed potatoes. Chicken was crispy, salty as it should be and so juicy and yummy! Service was awesome as usual, we sat on the patio to get some sunlight. Our beers never ran dry! Gets a bit crowded on Thursdays so we got there early (around 3:30pm) and left before the crowd + live music was there for the night. Great, fun crowd. Definitely will be back next Thursday. read more

We have been here several times. The service is good and the atmosphere is fun. Everyone knows each other and there are dice games on some nights. The food is tasty and has a pretty good variety of items. We have had a good time on both visits. read more

BEST PLACE. Semi "divey" by certain standards which makes it perfect by my standards. Great food. Trust me. Not your average bar food. Great times, and throwing dice around the bar. TV's for sports. Win money and meet some locals. Alfredo, Toni, America and the whole crew are a whole lotta love. The best. Live music weekends, 1/2 price Pizza Monday. 1/2 price sushi and teriyaki bowls Weds. After decades and multiple owners, this place was known as Cantiles. Indoor dining - check, fully stocked bar with good bartenders - check, outdoor dining under palm trees - check, free parking on the dirt road - check. Enter new owner who changes the sacred name. Plain to see what they want to be. A place where serious drinking is done. Although there are no names on the seats, you know where Dan, Bob, Debbie, Art, Chrissy and Luke sit each day. Notice no Latino names. Santos runs a great kitchen and when they fire up the wood-fired pizza oven, it is the best place to get pizza at the right price, $6, on the coast. Meanwhile, if you want a big burger $6, this is your place If you are an alcoholic or maybe thinking about becoming one, this is a good place for that adventure. Plenty of experienced drinkers both male and female. Very forward, outspoken women looking for a temporary partner. The bar scene is like the 70's and 80's all over again. We loved visiting Happy Hour during our last visit in Aug '22. The patrons are mostly ex-pats or visitors from the US and everyone we met were super cool. Drinks are strong and the beers are cold. Can't wait to visit again next time we visit the Rosarito Beach area. read more

This is a great bar/restaurant. Cheap cocktails $3 and the food is pretty good for the price. Mondays are $5 2 topping pizzas, so I'm pretty much religiously there every Monday because I love me some pizza. But they serve a variety of different foods. The bartenders are amazing, very friendly, and all speak fluent English. The customers/crowd are mostly older and many are regulars that are there frequently. If you come frequently you'll begin to notice a sort of high school clique-iness, which I don't care for much and has made me not want to come as often as I have before. That's why I've given is 4 stars instead of 5. But food, drinks, and service are all great. read more

Excellent food and reasonable prices. Comfortable surroundings with music and drinks. A great place to stop in for a meal with friends.

Food here is SOOOO good!! I leave feeling healthy and refreshed. Fresh veggies, great steaks. Kids love it and it's easy to get to!!

I agree , US $12.95 for a Lasagna is way tooo much for prices in MX !!! The Burgers were OK, but its FROZEN patty. They also stoped having the Sunday Brunch !!! Overall , and since I don't drink, the place is NOT worth the visit. Just go next door to Rubens or the Puerto Nuevo hotel for Brunch. read more

You blink and you miss it, only place to get pizza to go to n the area. My little (7) was tired of tacos (rude) so we went on an adventure to find pizza. Ollie's doesn't to go go..... . Surprisingly this place used to have the best home made food in the area however now it's pretty much bar food today. Used to see the owner in the kitchen making all kinds of great foods but now the workers just do all the work and the owner has clearly lost focus in quality. Their burger is pretty good still but everything else is just not that good. It's more of a watering hole for the locals. Gonna start going to Rubins. read more

Do not get the Goronzola salad. Hardly any Goronzola which is sort of the point of the salad and justify the price point. Mango etc is dried fruit not fresh read more

Great place, great people and great food. Play dice it's a lot of fun. Sunday brunch is very good, I never miss it.
