They were able to work with my schedule and gave me notice when the technician was in route. Gary was my technician and he was awesome and did a great job. He did wear his mask and kept to social distancing during his visit in addition to being very pleasant and professional. Although I won't know the results until my carpet and couch is dry I feel as though a thorough job was done. First they were supposed to be at my home at 8am, they did not call nor show up at that time. I had to call them to see if they were still coming, my calls went unanswered until they finally called back around 9:30am saying that their workers called out and that they would be sending someone over around 3pm. This was at a huge inconvenience for me and a safety hazard as I left my door unlocked all day- 7 hours until they can find the staff to clean my home. Once I arrived home after work, they were finishing up but I noticed the work was not up to par for a "move in" cleaning. They did not clean out my refrigerator, I had to go back and ask them to do that- they wiped out my cabinets but did not put my food or pots and pans back where they were, just left them all in bags. They broke the turn handle on my kitchen window, and also broke one of the long blinds off of my patio. The biggest issue I had was the knicked my wall carrying up the vacuum up the stairs. I just bought this home with a complete inspection and that spot was not on my wall when I left home and had it been, I would not have moved in until fixed by the previous owner. It infuriated me that when I bought this to the attention of the owner of the company he said he would investigate. Well his investigation was asking his workers what happened and he said they told him they did not do that so the investigation was closed and there was nothing they could do. And then to add insult to injury, his workers helped themselves to drinking and leaving with my water bottles that I had sitting on the counter as I had just moved in. They did not ask and just took them at their own free will. This was a horrible, horrible experience and the owner of the company provided no compensation to fix my wall, window turner, blind, nor did he try to discount the service for them being 7 hours late to an appointment that was supposed to start at 8am. I am considering contacting the better business bureau as this was totally unacceptable.

She was not able to connect me with Tonya immediately and took a message, but I had a call back within a few minutes. I knew I was giving late notice, but Tonya was able to get me in before the end of the month. They started on time and were able to shift gears as the office was a bit worse for wear. She came out with a carpet cleaner and we were able to go from a basic clean to a deep clean with carpet cleaning at a very reasonable price. As I was preparing to move into my new home in February 2021, I decided that cleaning the home was not something I wanted to deal with during the move-in process. After doing research and reading through reviews, I decided to go with this company. They are definitely more expensive than other cleaning companies in the area but I figured it was due to them being thorough. On the day of the cleaning, I allowed 3 of their staff, including one of the co-owners, into my home to clean the vacant house. I had other tasks to handle so I left them in the home and came back an hour later. Upon my return, Mr. Chappell started walking me through the home (in a rushing manner), directing me to give the okay for each room. I informed him that I saw dust in several places as well as the floors not completely vacuumed. After he walked away from me, I had time to review the cleaning more thoroughly to discover that there were several areas their team had missed. When I informed him of the continuous issues I kept discovering, he told me that I cannot go back and say something needs to be corrected after I've already given the okay. I politely informed him that he was not going to tell me what I couldn't do in my home and that I would not have had to request better cleaning if his team had done it properly in the first place. Words were exchanged and his team corrected the problems but by this time I was frustrated and ready for them to leave my home. He subsequently called me and I thought it was to apologize for his tone and the inadequate cleaning services they had offered. BUT NOPE. He called me to tell me that he wanted to up-charge me $50 for cleaning my EMPTY refrigerator since it wasn't on my already $500 cleaning bill. At this point, I requested to speak with his wife, the other co-owner, who I had previous correspondence with. I explained the issue to her and she agreed to waive the refrigerator cleaning fee and give $40 off. I was exhausted by the whole situation and ready to just be done. To add insult to injury, I had an exterminator come in the same day and I told him about the cleaning service. He looked around and said the home didn't look thoroughly cleaned and it didn't even smell like any cleaning products. I would have left the situation alone if I didn't have to bring a friend in subsequently to help me actually wipe the inside and outside of my cabinets, thoroughly clean the bathrooms him and his team were suppose to clean, and numerous other cleaning tasks that should've been covered by their services. After speaking to several people about the situation, everyone told me it was important that I wrote this review because I would have done things differently myself had I known this level of service would be provided. Talk about a making a moving process more stressful and $450+ wasted. My hope isn't to scare people from using this service but for them to understand the impact they had on my moving process. I ended up pushing my move-in date back a week because I had to find time to actually clean up behind them.

The banquet hall carpet had been soiled over time with spillage that had become embedded, spots, etc. Several "professional" carpet cleaners had tried and said the carpet could be cleaned to our satisfaction. In comes OMA Professional and did what the naysayers said couldn't be and perform the services with grace and courtesy after having been told the carpet could be satisfactorily cleaned. Recommend OMA and will schedule within the next few weeks for cleaning the oriental carpets and the carpet in the home office which now has a coffee stain which I have no doubt will be removed.

The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. We rescheduled for Monday and she knocked off some of the price which was already very good. The crew was a bit late but they worked very hard. Not perfect, but I will use them again. I didn't ask them to do the skylights and that is on me, not them. Again, great value and hard workers - they have earned my repeat business. Communication and invoicing could be better, but nobody is perfect. We can all do better. Also, forgot to mention we used them for gutter cleaning too last winter. Same communication and invoicing issues but that's OK. They got the job done and a fair price.

My only complaint is that on both jobs they did not give us a bill/invoice and came back a year later asking to be paid (which of course we paid). The second time we used them in July the following year they also did not send an invoice. I personally reached out FIVE times asking for a bill and almost 5 months later have still not received one.
