This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a cleaning company. Please beware and do NOT use their services. It was horrible from start to finish. First they were supposed to be at my home at 8am, they did not call nor show up at that time. I had to call them to see if they were still coming, my calls went unanswered until they finally called back around 9:30am saying that their workers called out and that they would be sending someone over around 3pm. This was at a huge inconvenience for me and a safety hazard as I left my door unlocked all day- 7 hours until they can find the staff to clean my home. Once I arrived home after work, they were finishing up but I noticed the work was not up to par for a "move in" cleaning. They did not clean out my refrigerator, I had to go back and ask them to do that- they wiped out my cabinets but did not put my food or pots and pans back where they were, just left them all in bags. They broke the turn handle on my kitchen window, and also broke one of the long blinds off of my patio. The biggest issue I had was the knicked my wall carrying up the vacuum up the stairs. I just bought this home with a complete inspection and that spot was not on my wall when I left home and had it been, I would not have moved in until fixed by the previous owner. It infuriated me that when I bought this to the attention of the owner of the company he said he would investigate. Well his investigation was asking his workers what happened and he said they told him they did not do that so the investigation was closed and there was nothing they could do. And then to add insult to injury, his workers helped themselves to drinking and leaving with my water bottles that I had sitting on the counter as I had just moved in. They did not ask and just took them at their own free will. This was a horrible, horrible experience and the owner of the company provided no compensation to fix my wall, window turner, blind, nor did he try to discount the service for them being 7 hours late to an appointment that was supposed to start at 8am. I am considering contacting the better business bureau as this was totally unacceptable. read more

We hired imperial one after a plumbing accident. Also needed some pet urine removed from the carpet. They did a fantastic job. Very professional. The carpet looks really good. Because of the amount of pet urine and plumbing damage they returned for a second cleaning to insure everything was well taken care of. Interactions with imperial one were great. read more

Imperial did a phenomenal job on my carpet cleaning. They were able to remove all of the stains from my 3 sons that spill everything! They also gave me tips on how to maintain the carpet for longer usage. Very friendly people and very professional. Unprofessional and very hostile and aggressive. They arrived a hour and thirty minutes late. Then he was finish in 20 minutes. I asked Charles is he finish and stated yes. I then proceeded to show him the stain he then try to charge me more. I show this stain when you quote me the price. Very delusional. So I goes to call the owner and share my complaints with their services, he then come back and get in my face and start yelling my neighbors witness it all. We called and received an estimated quote over the phone and set up an appointment. Imperial One Cleaning Services never showed up. We then called them, leaving a message and contact information. We never heard from them again. How horrible. Thankfully, we were able to find another company on Yelp - Mighty Clean Carpet Care and they did an excellent job. I would not recommend Imperial One Cleaning Services. If something happens and you can't make it or if you "mess up" and forget an appointment, you should at least contact the customer back when they call you. read more

For starters, it was very professional and their was no overpricement, it was 140, which is a decent price, he dead our mattress and stairs. Our mattress is very dirty with old milk spills, pee (from the baby) and other stains, and he managed gmto get rid of basically all of it which is impressive. And what's better is we called him on the same day to come with no appointment, and he made time to come unlike the other places we called. Decent cleaning-horrible management and customer service. Harassed my friend who hired this company (they will remain nameless) for their honest review of the services provided. The cleaning wasn't bad, but when my friend mentioned the few problems they had to the management, management responded with hostility and threatened my friend. They started off very professional and by the end of the conversation had become very rude and argumentative. I would never recommend this cleaning service simply due to the unprofessional customer service. I contacted the company and was greeted with a friendly and trusted voice. I requested a quote and Charles came dressed in uniform and wore protective footware. He gave me a honest quote and explained everything in detail. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He took his time and cleaned all the carpet in my entire home and my furniture.
