If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been using this company for cleaning since March (about 3…read moremonths) with several hiccups along the way. We have given them many chances because we like to support small business, but the owner, Anisse is rude and patronizing and is not of the "customer is always right" mentality. She argues with you and she is a bully. Here are my issues: 1. The first housekeeper was awful, she put my things away (and threw stuff away) that she didn't need to be touching. Parts of the bathroom (like the bathtub) weren't even cleaned. When I approached Anisse (the owner) about this, she got very defensive and basically made me feel like I was the one who was difficult to work for. Not the case! This is not how you treat a customer. We gave them another chance...second housekeeper was about the same. Did an ok job cleaning but forgot to clean the guest room and laundry room. Ugh... I told the owner, yeah, she didn't care. 2. I had some personal items missing after the housekeeping. I notified the owner who told me she wasn't responsible for any missing items. lol. Really? I later found them in a random drawer somewhere (put away by one of the housekeepers) but the principles of standing behind your business just don't exist with her! 2. There was a scheduling mix up and the housekeeper showed up one day when I didn't realize she was coming. I had asked to be notified weekly of the day and time the service would be arriving. I never got an email or text. The door was locked and the girl couldn't get in to clean. The owner wanted to bill be for housekeeping services that day which I never received!! 3. I have two small dogs (who are both very old) and sometimes I'm home when the cleanings take place so it hasn't been an issue but today the girl came to do the cleaning and I left the door open for her since I had to work. The girl felt uncomfortable cleaning the house because the dogs made her nervous when they bark (and they are loose). I understand that not all people like dogs. I get a nasty message from the owner that my husband needs to come back home and put the dogs in the crate. Ummm no, that is not humane to leave them in a crate for hours until I get home from work. I requested that the girl just put them in the laundry room while she cleaned and let them out after she left, but no one is willing to accommodate. The girl left without cleaning. I told the owner that we would be terminating our cleaning service because those arrangements just weren't going to work. She tells me to remit payment for the cleaning that we never got!! I'm not sure what sort of business she is running but Anisse (the owner) has a lot to learn about customer service. She's a sketchy crook!

I ordered an Angie's List coupon from a different company, but they could not come out in time for the party (see my Everclean Maid review). I found this cleaning service through Angie's List and they were able to come out in time and had excellent ratings. I called and made the appointment. While speaking with the company owner she did not give me an exact price rather an estimate since she "didn't know the exact size of the house". The estimate was between $110-150 without a coupon. Since the price was around the same price as the other company, this seemed reasonable. Comparatively, the other company charge $125 with a coupon for 4 hours of service versus this company which I ended up paying $125 for 4 hours of service without a coupon. The woman who came was not the woman with whom I spoke. The maid, however, was very nice and extremely diligent. Next time I use their service I will certainly request that maid specifically. When the maid was getting ready to leave she nor I had any idea how much I owed her since the owner never gave me a set price (somehwere between $110-125). The maid said she does not deal with the money aspect other than collecting it. We both tried calling the owner to no avail (because it was after business hours at this point). I finally got in touch with the owner of the company about a week after the initial cleaning and she charged me $125, which was fine considering I do have 2700-sq.ft. house). I assume $125 is what I will be charged in the future for 4 hours of cleaning. While I was happy with the actual service and the initial communication, the payment was difficult and I ended up having to mail her a check. Had that not happened, it would have easily been a 5-star transaction. However, because of that last difficulty, I can only rate 4-stars, though I would prefer 4.5 stars. I would definitely recommend this service. The price was reasonable (and better than some other companies), the maid was fantastic and thorough, and the overall experience was positive. As a side note, I don't think this company accepts credit cards. I paid by personal check.

Jason responded to me promptly and showed up on time. He was both professional and quick. He went above and beyond by cleaning the bedroom carpets. Jason also offered to help me carry boxes to my car. His price was very affordable $150 for 2 bedrooms, 3 closets, and a large living room. I reached out to Jason a few hours after the job to ask for a receipt, which he furnished without objection. Jason travels within the DMV + PA area.
