After the initial…read morecleaning, I had concerns about a few areas that didn't look as clean as I expected, as well as some scraping to the hardwood next to one of the carpeted areas. I emailed the company with my concerns and was extremely impressed with their response. Their main office replied that same evening, and Kevin, the owner, personally contacted me and arranged to come out the following day. He walked through the home with me, came prepared to address anything I wasn't satisfied with, refreshed every area I pointed out, and even repaired the wood where the equipment had caused the scraping. Kevin was professional, personable, and genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the final result. Issues can happen with any service--the way a company responds is what really matters. Mighty Clean handled my concerns exceptionally well, and their customer service and commitment to making things right really impressed me. I would absolutely use them again!

So I slept on my couch that night and didn't actually put back my sheets until the following night. So yeah I didn't "sleep" on the mattress until well after 24-hours just because it was soaking wet when y'all left the first time. And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.

Bottom Line Up Front: Definitely Recommend!…read more We tried Tidyguy and we very pleasantly surprised. Like Kelly E. said, the guy who came by was definitely a perfectionist. However, it makes me wonder if we are talking about the same company, based on her experience (the one I am talking about has a spray bottle logo with the name "TidyGuy" in red and green, with a white background.). We have found them to be the utmost in professional and attentive to any requests or feedback. We have had companies come in previously, before events or just for a good deep clean. But, the guy we got, Pete, was very thorough. He checked things that no one had cleaned before (and I actually had not even thought of to check). We have continued to be very happy with the company and we have gone with them since then. Approx last 4-ish months. Pete, checks with us before using any new cleaners and makes sure to check for child and pet safe products. The first time he cleaned he also called back just to check if we were happy with the job he did and how he could improve. For what it is worth, we have recommended Tidyguy to 3 other families who are now using the company as well. And, we have been thanked us for the reference.
