And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.

My rug was ready in less than 5 days. Two years ago I allowed Stanley Steamer to clean this same rug and they did a very poor job. The manager even mentioned that there was soap residue left on the rug from the last service. Kingstowne specializes in high quality, Persian rugs, and other fiber blends that cannot be scrubbed down with simple soap and water. They not only clean, but they restore.
