I am giving two stars because the soft serve was delicious. I was second in line, drive thru, I placed my order, paid and watched many cars get their order and leave. The staff came and asked if my order was placed, when I confirmed they apologized and I still waited. When they finally brought my order, it was 1/2 right. I ordered a 12oz swirl & a 16oz strawberry. Came on a Friday afternoon for a sweet treat and this was great to cool off from the hot and humid Houston summers. I got the happy rainbow and my friend got the miami vice. I tried to substitute the pineapple syrup in the happy rainbow for the mango flavor, but they did not allow substitutions. I also asked for less syrup but mine came out overflowing with syrup. With syrup spilling out on the sides and the ice melting quickly in the heat it was a bit messy to eat, but the flavors were good and it was refreshing. I think it was a bit sweeter than id prefer, but I did enjoy the creamy scoop of ice cream and the fruity mochi bites. (5.5/10) The Miami vice was super cooling and you can definitely taste the alcohol. I would say that the drinks are a bit stronger than the average frozen/ blended drink you'd get at a bar. I am SO HAPPY we have this right before the Texas summer picks up!! The location is prime and easily accessible to other restaurants nearby. It is in a hotspot near La Lucha, Snooze, and Burger Joint- so there is a bit of traffic in the area (the line was wrapped around but moved pretty quickly). They offer an assortment of shaved ice and frozen cocktails which is nifty. They allow three flavors on customized ones- I opted for mango, pineapple and strawberry with chamoy. The ice was soooooo soft, this was honestly the best that I've had in years. The syrups are not overly sweet and the portion prices were pretty decent. Service was quick and with a smile. The only con was that when ordering in the drive-thru, you get your picks and a styrofoam cup with a flat lid. Small blip but would be nice to get the advertised cups! We have been watching this fun place be built for forever, and finally got to stop by! The drinks were fun and good. It wasn't the best frozen we've ever had and the frose and the strawberry dacquiri tasted pretty similar, but it is a fun option near us now. The drinks were not very strong, but that was not the type of beverage we were looking for at the time. The frozen espresso martini will be fun to try next. Our friends got shaved ice and loved it! Beware of traffic in the area due to the opening. Lots of cars and road ragers!! The ordering process was smooth and the line moved quickly. They give you a buzzer and call out numbers when orders are ready. I ordered a custom regular size with an ice cream base. I chose 3 flavors: passion fruit, tigers blood, lime. I added sweetened condensed milk. It was about $7-8 total and very filling! The order was called pretty quick, it took maybe 6 minutes. The space is very colorful and has a fun, energetic vibe. 1/2 of the seating is in the shade and half is in the sun (depending on time of day / we went at 5pm). If I could give 0 stars, I would. Aside from the customer service, this place was good when it first opened, but clearly a lot has changed. They seem to never be able to get our order right, and we used to just accept it. Once we started bringing it to their attention, we were met with staff who rolled their eyes, would just grab it from our hands without saying a word, and the resolution was cursory at best. Unfortunately, our order was made incorrectly yet again tonight, and that's exactly the kind of customer service we were met with. Once they corrected the order, we drove off and found a spot to enjoy our almost $20 treat we were excited about, just to be met with disappointment yet again. We have been waiting for this place to open for what felt like 2+ years! We stopped by today - used the continent drive-thru and ordered 2 shaved ices. (1) Tigers Blood with strawberry popping boba and (2) Half tigers Blood/Half Blue Coconut with sweetened condensed cream drizzle. We were super excited to try this place. We went through the drive through and it was a 10-15 minute wait. We ordered the strawberry delight, aloha island, and the mangonada. We weren't expecting to have our Hawaiian ice stuffed into a styrofoam cup, no one asked if we had a preference or told us how it would come, so that was disappointing. The fact that the girl who handed us our items told us it was dripping but didn't clean it up before putting it in the bag and handing it over to us. Finally, the flavor was lackluster for all three flavors. The condensed milk, pooping boba, chamoy were all yummy, (the mochi was not), the ice cream at the bottom was yummy, but the actually ice was tasteless.
