Appliances are some of the most expensive items in the store, so you would think someone would always be available in that section -- but that just wasn't the case. The refrigerator section isn't very large, so the selection was limited, but we walked around for about 20-25 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help. It didn't seem like many associates were on the floor, and when I looked around, I happened to see one associate leaning on something (not too far from the appliances), staring into space. He could've been assisting customers in the surrounding area -- especially since it was the weekend. Overall, my mother did find a fridge and was happy with her purchase, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. The Best Buy on Grand Ave closed down -- no one is exempt.

Paid all this money just for them to sell me a AT&T carrier locked phone. I called tech support and gave them all the IMEI information they needed to try and fix the issue but nothing worked. All for them to tell me that I need to exchange the phone. I couldn't exchange the phone straight up. I have to return it first then wait 3 days for my payment just for them to take the 145 again.

Happy Appliances has an incredibly-wide selection: from everyday names like Samsung to higher-end such as Miele and they can procure pretty much anything. John and his team worked hard to find specific models, such as a Bosch 800 series dishwasher, that we were searching for. From start-to-end, our team was very responsive to all follow-up questions via email and even with the pandemic supply chain issues, they tracked down and delivered all appliances within the quoted timeline and price--to a multi-floor walk-up nonetheless! Other retailers, such as Lowes, Home Depot, AJ Madison, and PC Richards were quoting 8-10 month backorder for some appliances. We got all of ours in three. Additionally, Happy Appliances (and its parent company: Happy Electronics) is an authorized vendor for all products we bought (did some independent research before purchasing), so warranty was never a worry. I feel like we discovered a hidden gem and we readily recommend them to our family and friends. As a matter-of-fact, I just went back to replace an old washer/dryer. Ask for John when you go. He was upfront about the delivery, installation and haul away costs. He was able to provide a Certificate of Insurance required by my building. Despite a glitch due to the building's aging plumbing, the delivery team was able to reschedule the installation of the dishwasher for a nominal extra fee. Everything fits in its proper place and is working. Very pleased with the selections. Tim is honest and provided great service along with reasonable pricing. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
