I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 15 pro to the new iPhone 17pro. I was told that everything is done through the tlife app. I try to upgrade and they tell me I need permission from the account holder. I did that and then they tell me I can't upgrade because I have a past due balance of 145$. I paid the past due balance. they tell me I can't upgrade because I have 4 more payments left on the iPhone 15pro. I paid 208$. Im upset they forced me to pay the remainder of the phone because it'll just be added to the new phone credit. then they tell me they need additional 145 for the taxes and activation fee. Paid all this money just for them to sell me a AT&T carrier locked phone. I called tech support and gave them all the IMEI information they needed to try and fix the issue but nothing worked. All for them to tell me that I need to exchange the phone. I couldn't exchange the phone straight up. I have to return it first then wait 3 days for my payment just for them to take the 145 again. read more

She did not resort to fearmongering and clearly explained why certain technological outcomes were not being achieved and what the solutions were. She did not make promises that could not be kept and proposed what comes "beyond" the interventions. Usually this store location is packed.... and they cater towards the Spanish community, from their ads to their staff (all speaks Spanish). I've only been to this location a handful of times, but no bad experiences besides the wait time... (i hate waiting.... ) I came into the store on March 19, 2018, to inquire about the current S9/S9+ trade in promotion and next thing I know I was in their store for over 2 hours.... resolving that issue that has lasted over 2 years that happened in the Flushing store location; For over 2 years, that I had to call and make store visits to try and resolve, but still wasn't able to. A promotional offer to receive a "Free" tablet that was never honored for me, that was over $330 (pre-tax) Ms. Amali Carvajal is a professional, who took care of all this with no complaints, she was empathic and frankly, unexpected demeanor that I thought would have gone from smiley greet face - to - I can't wait to get rid of you asap ....with aarrruugghh...why me!?!? We ended up playing phone tag with t-mobiles call centers and finally got this issue resolved, their manager Miguel was understanding and pretty great too (Checked in since it took so long.) When all was said and done, I traded in my S7 on the spot and Amali smart switched my phone info. for me and explained the promotional offer thoroughly. I'd happily offer her my return business for commission anytime lol. She earned my business without a doubt.... I appreciate this more than the staff present and overheard may have known... First off I wanna say that I know it's a Spanish speaking community but It's also where I was born and raised and I don't speak Spanish. So immediately I'm irritated by the Spanish music when I walk in, Spanish signs around the store and the Spanish language being spoken around me. It makes me feel like I'm not welcome there. Most of the employees are bilingual but on more than one occasion some struggled to understand me. I always manage to get issues resolved but that's mainly because I have to do the work myself. Meaning I call customer service first, figure out my options and I walk in the store knowing exactly what I'm there for. Sad thing is I don't get paid to do other people's work so it's irritating. Aside from that the store is always packed, lines are long, machines never work and it's quite small. I'm not discrediting the hard working associates at that store, I'm just speaking from my experience. Maybe I came in on the wrong days but my only advice is the staff should be more knowledgeable, there should also be more English speaking employees and signs around and outside the store and they need to cater to everyone. I would also recommend that they have a desk just for inquiries because standing on a line for 20-30 minutes just to ask a question is annoying and if a phone is sold out, make that clear so people don't have to waste their time on a line only to find out the phone is sold out. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION ! SCAMMERS/FRAUDS Horrible service always. Poor customer service skills Every time . They commit fraud to pocket the money of vulnerable people and the manager is in on the scams and covers the tracks of his scamming employees . They scam on the vulnerable population that visits the store. People that don't speak English and are immigrants get scammed by Tmobile employees not just on simple purchases but bill payments too. Employees take the full amount of cash due, put the customer on a payment plan without their consent so on the system so it appears that's what the customer wanted and they don't provide a receipt claiming that the system isn't working and you'll get a text but the text never comes. I wasn't the only person in corona to experience this and I experienced this TWICE when I send my mom in law to pay the bill. When I called Tmobile customer care to report the fraud the manager just cancels the payment plan and credits the cash that was Paid in full to begin with to the next bill. Tmobile support stated they have been getting many complaints about fraud already and recommended I put this where corporate can also see due to the high volume of complaints so here I am AVOID THIS LOCATION . read more
