My brother's Motorola 2023 G+ Razor phone had a lot of problems and it was mostly broken and unfunctional. However, when I asked a bunch of questions about potential pricing, costs, and specific repair procedures, the woman that I first met was very informative and though the pricings she initially listed were off, she was sympathetic and understanding of my brother's phone condition and the situation he was going through. It was also perfectly fine for her to not know the exact or even an approximate price range to repair my brother's broken phone because she did not see the actual state of my brother's phone, and I believe that she does not do repairs. Later that same week, which were in two more separate days on the same week, I took my brother to this store for further evaluation and for a more realistic price range to possibly repair his phone. The person was a guy, and based on how he explained the procedures and the pricing, it seemed like he was one of a few people in that store that does hands on technology repair. Me and my brother first thought that the cost range to fix his phone would be around $300-400, but it came up to be up to around $680 instead, given the extensive damage that his phone had with not only his screen, but also internally and the cracks around it. The guy told us that he will have to basically reconstruct his phone entirely. Unfortunately, we did not go through with his phone repair given how expensive and possibly costly it may have been to do all that reconstructing. However, the guy that answered my questions in more detail was very patient and understanding; he did not rush me and he only wanted me and my brother to make the decision that was good for us. He even gave us a few days to think about it and gather our thoughts. Even though my brother's phone was not fixed there because of how much his phone has been damaged, I recommend Flash Fix for any customer who feels nervous, concerned, and uncertained about their phone or any other kind of technology. Your questions will be thoughtfully answered, and they will be completely honest to you about pricing and procedure the whole way through. If I ever felt like my own phone broke apart too early or if there is some sort of other problem that causes it to malfunction, I will absolutely return to this store to get it checked out and fixed.
