The highlights: Andre did the install and I've not met many ISP techs in my life but we could tell right away he knows his craft inside out and enjoys it. We spoke to Rachel later to iron our some contract/money issues and that went very smoothly as well. It also helps that when you dial the number, you don't get that [expletive] "Hi! Thank you for calling [name of (expletive) company here]. Please listen carefully as our menu options have recently changed (no they have not). Also we are experiencing higher than average call volume, which is our way of saying that we don't know the concept of "average." You get a ACTUAL PERSON (or at least a very convincing artificial intelligence), thank heck. Lastly: the night of 1/6, our speed tanked. I texted the customer support # and within minutes got an answer, and shortly thereafter our down/up speeds were back to normal. All in all, so far so good.... my Cherophobia keeps insisting that /something/ will go tits up but so far it's been solid!

I just got service in Dec from Honest. I came back from a five week trip and had no internet upon my return. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service. I understand that they are less expensive than others, but I can't really deal with outages like this. If it happens one more time, I'll move on to a more reliable provider

I've been a subscriber for almost 10 years now and have been happy with the service. It's been…read morequite reassuring all those times TWC lost connectivity in my building that RCN had remained fully functional. The reason for the three stars however is for 2 reasons. First one is price and the second was due to an incident last month when connectivity was lost for 2 days which was made more painful by the fact that almost everyone was either working or schooling from home. During this time RCN would not provide a reason for the outage and only provided automated messages when calling the helpline estimating time that the system would be back up and just moving out the ETA every few hours or so when you called back expecting access to be restored. Having provided a realistic timeline would have set expectations and given subscribers enough time to plan alternative solutions. Next time do better RCN

Plus the addition of Disney Plus has been great. I watched Summer of Soul and this week Hamilton. As for the internet I've never had outages and I certainly have enough speed for what I do. Now imagine having upload / download times that are 3 times as fast as what Verizon can provide. Now imagine this being two thirds the price of Verizon. Finally imagine a company that provides almost instantaneous support / service. This is what Natural Wireless is. My specific experience: 0) Before moving, I requested a quote on service and pricing. I received an email instantaneously. 1) Moved into the new apartment on March 19th. Signed up for service. It was available immediately. 2) Same day added a Roku via email. Within 10 minutes it was on the network. 3) Same day discovered a laptop I used for work was not compatible with the default network. Placed a call. 4) March 21 a tech shows up, updates their equipment (see picture) and my router. Laptop now works. My entire home including echos, google home, smart plugs, additional laptops, FireTV are all on the network and are working great!
