The seating is not the most comfortable. The bowls are great! I have a blog in smoothie bowls and Happy day is a place I crave. Staff= pleasant

ABJ Smoothie, Tropics Smoothie
Kiara Mae S.

Got the ABJ smoothie and Tropics smoothie. They were $8 each and not bad for their quality. They were just a tad bit mediocre and a little over my budget for a smoothie. The aesthetic of the facility was nice. The worker was super nice. However, they were the only one behind the counter taking orders AND having to make drinks. There were a lot of people waiting and drinks to be made. I felt a little bad for them but they pushed through!!!

Cute healthy spot in Portland! Love the surrounding area, it was perfect on a sunny day to get something quick to eat. The paradise bowl was delicious, sweet & tropical. The service was a bit slow but it was pretty busy around 1pm on a Monday. Great place :)

I've came here twice this week, and let me just say it was better then I expected! The portions are perfect for the price and the quality and flavor are on point.

Love this juicing place . It's very cute the aesthetic. The drinks were very fresh . We had the tropics . It had mango passion fruit banana and I forget what else I think agave . It was really yummy and not too expensive . I really enjoyed my drink from this place

Was very quiet and peaceful ! Food was so fresh !! Everything was gluten free and plant based which is very hard to find especially tasting as good as their food was !

Avocado toast, açaí bowl, ginger shot, and green juice

This is an awesome spot if you're in the mood for something healthy and refreshing. Great vegan options. I loved everything we ordered - avocado toast, green juice, açaí bowl, and the ginger shot. I sometimes avoid ordering açaí bowls because they can be too sweet but this one was perfect - not overly sweet.

I really enjoyed this place. The smoothie was good and so was the juice. Whoever got the genius idea to add pineapple to a PB&J smoothie needs a high five. I was way nervous but it was incredible. There's only a small bench inside for seating but it was a nice place to start my morning.

I had the bambito geisha. The flavor profile was a bit too acidic for me. Also didn't taste like the usual geisha I like. Cute place and great service. Also cannot forget about their pastry case where they have some insanely tasty goods! I finally had the chance to dine in recently and service was friendly, helpful, and swift. Fair warning you may have shared seating if it gets too crowded inside, but it's doesn't feel too packed even if you are at shared seating. The bar is also beautiful and cozy. The coffee is delicious and I definitely need to go back to try the matcha! All in all, this is a great spot for coffee, matcha, pastries, or a delicious breakfast/brunch. Swing by and try it out yourself because I will say the cost is absolutely worth it for the quality!

The kind of place where you expect someone to be editing a documentary on a laptop made of recycled aluminum. Late afternoon visit, so the hipster crowd had clearly skateboarded back to their respective creative labs. I had the place to myself. Prime auditing conditions. First impression? This place is built for volume. You can tell. Efficient layout. Assembly-line potential. If bowls were a factory sport, this would be a playoff team. Ordered the Home Grown. Took a quick bathroom break. Came back and -- boom -- bowl was already on the counter. FAST. And it looked elite. Then I saw it. A generous dollop of peanut butter at the top, sprinkled with hemp seeds. I almost got emotional. It felt like flying over your hometown after months away. Familiar. Safe. Right. First bite? Delicious. Smooth. Creamy. Almost like frozen yogurt or soft serve. Easy eating. Crowd-pleasing texture. And then... I looked up. Another bowl was being made. The açaí base was coming out of a soft-serve machine. As a purist, this one hurt. I want hand-scooped. Blender-blade symphony. Crafted, not dispensed. I had a small internal crisis. But here's the problem: I really enjoyed it. So now I'm torn between my values and my taste buds. Would I go back? Yes. Would I wrestle internally again? Also yes. Rating 3.8 / 5 Açaí Berries Breakdown * Taste: 4.3/5 * Ingredients: 4/5 * Consistency: 4.5/5 * Purist Pain Factor: High * Speed: 5/5 Current Status: Machine-Made But Memorable Lesson Learned: Sometimes the machine wins. The design is quite fun-- all along the walls are mounted a number of fishbowl-type glass containers that hold plants. It makes the place feel very cozy and brings some life and color into the room. The person working at the counter was lovely. She was super enthusiastic, asked us questions about what we were doing, and provided recommendations for places to check out in the area. She made our drinks very fast-- I don't think we had to wait more than a couple of minutes. The drinks were very good. I got their lemon tea, and my partner got the sea salt cream tea. Mine was nice and sweet, his was not sweet at all (to both of our preferences). The one thing I didn't love is that their tapioca pearls were very soft. I like a little more chew to my boba, but I know that's personal preference. Overall, we had a great time and the customer service was excellent.

They had quite a bit of offerings both what you find at other places and some specialty ones. My boyfriend got their Brown Sugar Ube Bubble Milk Tea and I got their Tiki's Classic Tea. The drinks were made to perfection as it was refreshing and the right amount of sweetness. The drinks didn't take too long to receive, though they weren't too busy either.

I originally went to another establishment across the street and I sat down, looked at the menu and got up and walked out. I passed this place on my way to the place. I was originally headed and wanted to come back. It was lunchtime and they had open sitting and I noticed the hockey game was on all the TV screens. There was open seating. The bartender took my order at my table. I decided to get the barbecue chicken calzone and the garlic fries. The barbecue chicken calzone came with pulled chicken cheddar cheese, onions and barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce was perfect sweet spicy Tan. Everything you want and a great barbecue sauce. I did ask for marinara because there were some sides of the bread on the calzone that I dipped in the pizza sauce.. perfect! I told the bartender what I'd like to drink, and he made some concoction a.k.a. his own version with ginger, beer and whiskey. The calzone was great. The fries were amazing. My beverage was perfect and right on time. Nice hometown feel local sports vibe, the USA Olympic team had just won gold in women's ice hockey. This may be a must-stop next time I'm in Portland.
