You're really only there for the Vibes. The food was bland and the drinks were mediocre. The music was great and it overlooks the stip. the Decor was so cute! They had a photo booth that was fun and the group shots were in neat shooter glasses. Expect to pay strip prices but get bland food.

Went to Vegas for a friend's birthday. Happy Camper is perfect for a chill leisurely dinner before hitting the strip. It had classic options but also fun and adventurous selections. Never going to turn down a frozen espresso martini. I got the Mediterranean pizza and it was perfect.

Located conveniently outside the mall and on the strip this place is worth the visit. Stopped in for lunch an stumbled upon an event. Plenty of seating, nice central bar with great bartenders, fun drinks and delicious food. Tried the whipped feta it was creamy and delicious. Pizza and wings hot, fresh and flavorful. This place has a bit of whimsy and a whole lot of party. I can't wait to go back.

We have visited a Happy Camper in Chicago before and thought this was the place. As soon as we saw the fig pizza, we knew this was it. The food here is absolutely great, the staff is friendly, and the overall vibe here is pretty cool. This restaurant is located on a rooftop so you get that open air vibe. The disco ball ceiling is also great. We will return again.

Chicken nachos prepared how I like it. A plate filled is a plate that must be devoured.

Look, I know what you're thinking, why on earth would you go to a place with "Pizza" in the name and immediately order nachos and tacos? Let me explain so you get it. Calm down, calm down. I get it! You are probably wondering, who hurt you? But hear me out, because the real plot twist at Happy Camper is that their non-pizza menu absolutely slaps. First of all, the Chicken Nachos are so massive they should honestly have their own area code, seriously though. It is a structural marvel of cheese, seasoned chicken, and guac that is easily big enough to share with two or three friends (or just one very determined, very hungry version of yourself where you defend the plate like a goalie). Every single chip actually had toppings on it, and I'd personally like to thank the culinary engineer behind that miracle, absolutely fantastic. Then we have the Crunchy Beef Tacos, which is usually a high-stakes gamble because you take one bite and the whole shell explodes into a sad pile in your lap. Not this time and not these. They achieved the perfect, legendary balance of seasoned beef and cheese while actually staying intact, and the portion size is spot-on, especially since they casually throw in side chips, queso, and guac just to ensure you have to roll yourself out of the restaurant, at least it felt that way. Skip the existential crisis of ordering Mexican food at a pizza joint and just do it; your stomach (and your Vegas hangover) will thank you! See you again real soon.

Pretty rad patio seating, pizza was pretty awesome. Dough had body and a nice crisp to it while not being dry and staying cheesy. The elote dip was pretty good and I would recommend this place before hitting the strip. I look forward to coming back for another pizza pie!

Stopped by for an early dinner after a day out, and I'd say it's a pretty solid place with great lively ambiance and good food and drinks. Wasn't too busy at this time of day, and was able to get seated immediately upon walk in. The servers were friendly and attentive. We ordered the ricotta pepperoni pizza with hot honey which, even for a small, was a good size to share if you're looking for a small bite. I thought the honey was slightly a little too heavy-handed making the pizza too sweet in my opinion, however my partner loved the sweeter taste. Cocktails were unique, but slightly on the pricier side. For a social friendly stop, I think this place is a solid after a long day of being on the strip. The flavor of my pizza wasn't my favorite, however I'd probably be back to try other food items.

Happy Camper truly makes me feel happy to be there! They have great options for food and whatever you pick, feels like you cannot go wrong! Our waiter was such a gem, he answered our questions both about the restaurant and Vegas itself. It's a great vibe to surround yourself when you need a break from the craziness of the Strip. Definitely a must go back restaurant when you're in Vegas.

immediate 10/10! food was super yummy and high quality. service was amazing as well. even though it was quite busy, our servers moved with politeness and urgency which is always always appreciated. we came with a large group of 20, and with our reservation they sat us within minutes of arrival. the ambiance is so classy and fun, and aesthetically pleasing. highly recommend happy camper for everyone :)

I was looking for a pizza place to try while visiting and came across this place! I have never heard of happy camper but I figured let's try something new. I read the reviews and it seemed like a fun plan with a youthful vibe. I will say I didn't get any of that when I visited. Mind you though, I didn't visit at about 7:30pm on a Sunday and I was by myself at the bar. I found reception from the bartender a bit cold and rushed. Now for the food: Pepperoni pizza with ricotta- 2/5, it was mid at best. It's supposed to have hot honey, which it did, but there was nothing about the pizza. Honestly the ricotta ruined the whole pizza for me so I took it off and tried to finish the rest Sweet chili wings-2/5 also super mid. The flavor of the wings tasted bland and the wings were a little tough

Ask the Community - Happy Camper

Is there a vegan menu or options?

Yes but not very many options for it available from what I remember but you can also customize your order too.

What are the happy hour day and times?

I checked the website but shows to be 3PM-6PM MON-THURS, it's a super cute place good food and drinks, picture spot!

Is there gluten free stuff on the menu? My friend has a gluten allergy

Is this only outside seating or is there also inside air conditioned seating?

It's all open environment. They do have curtains that they can drop but unsure of that schedule. Perhaps you could call and ask directly. Good luck.

Is this a kid friendly place?

Yes! 100%

Would you need a reservation for a larger group, say 7?

Highly recommended. Otherwise, you are at risk of a long wait.

We ordered like we were feeding a larger family. I stand by our decisions. The mac & cheese bites came in a generous portion and were delicious--a strong opening act for a table with absolutely no intention of pacing itself. The penne alla vodka was a standout. One of the best vodka sauces I've had, with caramelized onions adding sweetness and bacon bringing a savory, smoky edge. Those additions gave the sauce a distinct flavor and made this much more memorable than your standard bowl of vodka pasta. The Boss specialty pizza brought hot honey, chicken, and bacon together for a delicious mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. Appropriately named. I wasn't about to question its authority. But the plain cheese slice deserves its own credit: thin, crispy, and delicious. Specialty toppings are fun, but a simple cheese slice tells you a lot about a pizza place. This one gave me every reason to keep eating. The atmosphere had that classic New York feel, with the added luxury of not having to sit in a stranger's lap. All the charm, a reasonable amount of personal space. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We're already looking forward to going back, and Brooklyn's Best is officially on the short list whenever our Italian cravings hit.

Yes, I could tell you exactly where Secret Pizza is. But that would ruin the fun. Half the charm of…read morethis place is earning your slice, so here's all you get: it's in the Cosmopolitan. Look for an unmarked hallway lined with old record albums. Picture Sinatra-era crooners, a Godfather soundtrack and some Jackie Gleason mood music all staring down at you while you wonder if you're about to get pizza or get recruited into something. Honestly, it isn't that hard to find. Just follow the people eating pizza in a hallway and the line spilling out the door. This is New York-style pizza. I'm a West Coast guy, so I can't confirm it with a New Yorker's authority. What I can confirm is that the crust folds the way it's supposed to: thin in the middle, puffy and blistered at the edge, with a little chew and a crisp underside that holds up to the toppings. You walk up to the counter, look over the glass at a lineup of slices that should be illegal to display to tired people, and choose. Grab a couple of slices or commit to the whole pie. Fair warning: the line moves at its own pace, and a whole pie gets made fresh. If you order by the slice, they take a slice from the display, add whatever toppings you want and put it back in the deck oven to reheat. Either way works. The one rule is to eat it immediately. This pizza is a sprinter, not a marathoner. The pies: * White pizza: This is the specialty, and it earns the reputation. It's a creamy blanket of melted cheese with golden, leopard-spotted bubbles, streaks of herby garlic oil and flecks of green. The crust is burnished and crackly at the edge. It's rich, garlicky and quietly addictive, the kind of slice you swear is your last right before you take another. * Sausage and pepperoni (my personal favorite): Big, glossy pepperoni slices curl at the edges into little cups of seasoned grease, the good kind. Generous hunks of browned, fennel-y sausage sit on top. Every bite is salty, savory and meaty in a way that makes you look at your friends and nod slowly without speaking. * Supreme: This pie is covered edge to edge with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. It's the everything bagel of pizza. It's heavy and loud in the best way, and somehow the crust still holds it all together. Seating, sort of... There's no official seating. You might borrow the waiting area for a neighboring restaurant, or stand at outdoor tables (no chairs) that belong to someone else. Again, it's all part of the experience. You're not dining here, you're on a mission. The verdict: Nine of us finished three whole pies at 2 a.m., standing up and laughing, with sauce on our fingers. That's what Vegas is about. If your night doesn't end in a secret hallway with a slice in your hand, did it even happen?
