Great food had a really bad headache before coming in. Ate the pizza which is really good, now I'm all good. Also great service, guy in the front was real chill, asked us how we are doing and yk was just nice overall. After we finished he gave us lemon gelato, zugar and gluten free, probably best ice cream ive had in vegas. 5/5
We were in the mood for some pizza. After the long walk to get there we ordered a 12 inch pizza good for two people. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the menu. Staff was nice, location was clean and had plenty of outdoor seating. Not much on the inside which might be awful when it's super hot outside. I wasn't impressed really by the pizza. Super thin so if you like that, then it works. A bit skimpy on the pepperoni it was overall okay but certainly not the best and if I returned to Vegas I wouldn't go again.
I was curious to try How Ya Doughin' Pizza because of the Florida-born sourdough crust. As a Bay Area native, I'm contractually obligated to believe Oakland has the sourdough pizza game on lock, but I'll admit it... this was a very pleasant surprise. As of July 1, 2026, this is one of the few spots open in the developing BLVD commercial area on the Strip. It's tucked behind the very busy In-N-Out Burger, so at first we weren't even sure it was open. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who gave us some solid recommendations. We landed on the crimini mushroom pizza, which was a risky choice for me because I usually avoid mushroom pies. Too often the mushrooms release a bunch of water and turn the crust into a soggy situation. The staff assured us theirs was worth trying, and they were right. They have a clever workaround: some of the mushrooms are prepped and cooked down into little flavorful bites that get distributed across the pizza. Basically, tiny umami bombs. Zak's exact review: "It's an umami bomb." Hard to argue with that. The sourdough crust was thinner than my beloved Oakland-style pies, but honestly it worked. The outer crust had a slightly flakier texture that I really enjoyed, and the whole thing felt like a nice variation rather than a compromise. Also worth mentioning: the price was surprisingly reasonable for a Strip-adjacent spot. Hidden behind an In-N-Out, serving sourdough pizza in a developing Vegas food zone? A little random. A little unexpected. But very much worth the stop. Go.
Friendly service and tasty pizza. The outdoor seating was very nice and the views nearby at the outlook were sweet. The pizza is sourdough and the toppings are fresh. My husband mentioned his pepperoni was a little salty and our friends crust was too well done. Pizzas range from $18-$28 depending on the size. Enjoy before the three story In and Out is built and the area with be super crowded.
The pizza definitely hit the spot. We ordered for takeout and they were pretty fast in making the pizza hot and fresh. I recommend getting the mushroom pizza, had the most flavor with the greatest balance. Didn't feel greasy and one of the "cleanest" pizza, I've eaten. They offered plates, chilis, and cheese to take with us. The restaurant offered inside and outside seating with a great view of the Strip. Everything looked modern and clean. I'm definitely going back.
Saw a lot of Vegas locals post about this on social media so had to check out since I was nearby. I went in and ordered the 12 inch Savage pizza. Only had to wait about 15 minutes which wasn't bad cause they were kinda busy with customers. Staff was nice. I took the pizza to go and had it at home. The pizza was good but I just wish it wasn't so thin.
First discovered this place through an event and decided to stop by again to try a different pizza! We decided on the 12 inch vodka pizza and added mushrooms. It was so delicious! My sister and I very much enjoyed it, we were surprised that we could finish the whole thing by ourselves, it was that good! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly! Especially the girl on the register, she was so sweet and helpful. And she would check on us to make sure we were ok throughout our meal, it was so nice! We look forward to trying more food here again!
Located on the 3rd floor of the new BLVD which has amazing views of the strip !!! We ordered the drunken balls ( ricotta, mozzarella, vodka sauce, meatballs & basil) . The pizza was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch , flavor was good just lacking a little more sauce and the basil could have been chopped up . Service was good and they had a nice outdoor patio. Also added bonus they do complimentary parking just scan the code inside !!!!
First time having sourdough pizza and WOW. So yummy with the perfect texture. The crust is not too thin and not too thick--soft and slightly chewy, but not super airy like some regular pizza doughs. It doesn't taste sour or weird at all. Got the 12 in Cremini pizza and it was sooo flavorful--perfect if you love mushrooms and onions I personally thought it tasted even better with red pepper flakes, but that's just my preference There's this mashed creamy mushroom on top? Sounds weird to explain, but that was the best part The rooftop area is so pretty! Great for pictures and walking around after. I do wish there were more shops up there. It feels brand new and this pizza spot seems to be the only thing up there right now lol 12 in, 4 big pieces $20
This place is superb! The customer service is top notch! Cashier was able to answer all questions effectively which steered our choice in pizza. The inside is rather small but there is plenty of seating space outside. The music is playing and the wind is blowing which makes it a peaceful spot to sit. You can also people watch as others go up and down the walkway -- if that's your thing. The pizza was delicious, perfectly cooked and the only real greasiness/messiness was due to the chili sauce they put on top of our choice of pizza. I had a bottled Coke and my wifey had a Saint James Mango tea. They bring your pizza to you in a pizza box and will ask if you need paper plates and napkins. The two pieces I had were just enough to make me feel full. All in all it was worth the trip. Would suggest this if you have a hankering for Sourdough Pizza and you're down on the strip!
Awesome place with a pizza experience that is better than any standard chain. They have great fired pizza with unique flavors and quality ingredients. We tried the drunken balls and the ricotta and meatballs were very flavorful. The dough bites came with vodka and marinara sauces and they both were warm, savory and perfectly acidic. Customer service was fantastic and you can't beet the view of the rooftop seating. They'll even comp your parking at the BLVD lot!
New great edition to the BLVD. We ordered the sausage and garlic pizza with a side of vodka sauce for dipping, which was a great addition. Service was excellent! The cashier was friendly, gave honest recommendations, and answered all of our questions. Our pizza came out in about 10 minutes. We sat outside with the heaters, which made it super comfortable. There was a good amount of tables. The crust was delicious with a slight sourdough flavor, and the pizza was the perfect size for two people. The garlic added so much flavor, and the chilis really packed a punch. I was surprised by how spicy it was in the best way. Bonus: free parking when you scan the QR code at the counter
Love the location definitely a good spot to meet up with friends and have GOOD pizza... We had the chicken wings and spicy goose... The spicy goose was good i love the spicy kick of the sauce, and i love the crust it was airy and flaky. We add mushrooms and onions on them extra $1 or so. Then we also ordered chicken wings im very surprised i love the honey it was good it complimented the spicy rub sauce of the chicken wings. I did asked for extra honey on the side to deep the chicken, it already came with a ranch. Everyone was nice the location was great and pizza is good, they did forget to cook my chicken wings so had to wait for it longer but they offered me if i want another drink for the wait. I said its ok. The lady at the cashier seems to be new with the operating system so she constantly asking the guy doing the pizza. Definitely a place i would go back to. So far place js still new so parking was not a issue yet. Over all the place is great clean and good spot good view and good pizza!

We were unsure where we wanted to eat but we decided on this place after seeing the long line at in n out. It was 30 minutes before closing time and yet they were also still busy. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming and took our orders fast. I ordered a small HYD House salad (they were out of Caesar salad) and a 12in sausage and garlic. We sat outside and our food was brought out as ready. The HYD salad was delicious! It was fresh, crisp, and loadedddddd with toppings! The pizza was massive and more then enough to share. I shared with one other person and we still had leftovers. Service was great, prices are reasonable, and food was yummy. read more

Good pizza but needs to work on service. Currently they're not that busy since people don't know of the Over Look and not many people go up there. Even with the lack of business it took awhile to get my pizza since there was 4 pies ahead of mine. The pizza maker was too slow stretching dough and they needed at least one more staff member. read more
Sour Dough Pizza yum located on the 3rd floor of the BLVD with fantastic views of the Strip sits directly across the street from the Aria Hotel my favorite place to stay and will be soon nextdoor to the largest In & Out Burger ever. Today I had the drunken balls pizza always great service here. This location was once home to the Hawaiian Market Place which was torn down April 27 2023 and replaced with the New BLVD A must try in Vegas Added some history pics from the past. read more

Cool new pizza spot that recently opened up on the strip. I ordered the Spicy Goose and was very happy with my decision. Each bite was very good and full of flavors. I liked the texture of the pizza and even the crust. I would deficits come back when I am on the strip. read more

I got the vodka pizza and added pepperoni and mushrooms. The cashier said it was a little spicy but it was only barely spicy (which is fine) the flavor was great and the crust was very thin and crispy. The pizza came out fast (but I was the only person in there). I got a 12 inch and I think you could split it with someone if you are not too hungry. There's limited counter seating inside and lots of tables outside. You can't see the strip from the restaurant but you can walk to the railing of the terrace and see it. Wild-yeast sourdough pizza on the heart of Las Vegas Blvd. Anyone who's made their own sourdough knows how much love and patience goes into it. Their dough ferments for 8-12 days, developing that deep, complex flavor you can't fake. The crust comes out light, airy, and beautifully blistered. I went straight for the unconventional toppings and tried both the pistachio and the cremini pies. The cremini is earthy and cheesy with a gentle sweetness from the roasted onions. The pistachio is drizzled with truffle oil and honey, leaning almost into dessert territory. Both are equally delightful. The location is a stunner. They've just opened inside the new BLVD, a three-story retail and dining complex across from T-Mobile Arena. It's perched on the third floor with a handful of indoor high-tops and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the strip. If you're driving over, scan their free-parking QR code and park directly behind the building. My only wish is that ordering half-and-half pizzas were a little easier as I had to beg for mine. Pricing is on the higher end with 12" pies ranging from $14-$20 and 16" from $22-$28 but the quality is there. And if you're not into char, definitely mention it when ordering, because these babies come charred. Personally, I love that smoky edge, but it might be a bit much for some. read more

I went to this place for the first time the other night and I would say it is definitely someplace I will be going to at a minimum twice a month going forward. It is very good pizza. Like extremely good. The location is really nice dead center strip. There's not a lot next to it yet because it's a brand new property but they picked the perfect location on the top floor with the most amazing views of city center. Overall this is a guaranteed good spot to have a delicious pizza and the prices are technically really fair for what it is. read more

New spot , with a beautiful view. Wonderfully made artisan pizzas. The ingredients are so fresh and you can tell . It was my first time having a sourdough crusted pizza. It was friendly on my gut for sure. The ingredients were so fresh and, you can tell no additives. I would recommend, as it kind of reminded me of pizza in Italy. The flavor is in the freshness which for done can be a bit blander but you get to taste what you're eating. read more

16" classic pepperoni pizza wasn't really our cup of tea. Not sure if the same dough size is used for the 12" and 16" but the 16" crust was really thin and had the texture of cardboard. The 12" cremini pizza was much better crust wise. It was paper thin but had a little bit of chew to it. As for flavors, the cremini was amazing. The pepperoni, not so much. We rushed our decision on the pepperoni and should have gotten the spicy goose instead. We can taste the bitterness that a few people have mentioned. While it's not really burnt, it has char spots and it picks up the bitter flavor easier than most thin crust pizzas. It didnt bother us too much. It is there slightly but not every bite. We didn't park on site so we're not sure how parking is. Service was very friendly. We saw some non customers come in asking to buy bottled water. One of the employees was super friendly and gave them water cups for free tap water from the soda fountain. We were really impressed by this since it's Vegas. You pay $15 for a bottle of water here. Also, they offered free water as an alternative to bottled water. There is a high top bar to eat inside with about 8 seats? Tables are outside on their patio. Everything was clean and well taken care of inside. Overall, we would definitely come back. read more
New pizza spot in town! A nice new place inside the new BLVD center on the strip! Take the escalator up 3 floors and they are right at the top! At the moment, there aren't a lot of other stores opened up, but keep going up and you will find it. They have plenty of seating outdoors, and a huge court yard area as well as awesome views of the strip! The pizza itself was great! I tried the Vodka pizza and it was delicious! Crispy and hot with lots of cheese! This place will be very busy come summer time/completion of the BLVD center. The service was pretty quick and extremely friendly! read more

Absolutely amazing experience!!! It was my first time at the BLVD, and I didn't know about this place existed until I came here. It looks like there's a lot of shops and alot more businesses opening here very soon. It is a new construction project. It's located on the rooftop of the new Blvd shopping center (third floor), with parking in the back. Make sure to scan the QR code when you arrive inside the Resturant and not the one posted in the parking lot. They offer validated parking. There is stairs, elevator or escalator stairs that you can take. The place is on the smaller side, but it is sleek and modern, but most importantly very clean. Inside seating is very limited, mostly bar stools and the outside patio is bigger with tables and chairs. There is also an observation deck on the same level, which would be a nice place to sit and enjoy pizza with a great view of the Aria, Waldorf Astoria, Veer Towers, and the Cosmopolitan. The food was absolutely delicious. I have tried the "Spicy Goose" pizza, it had a touch of spice, the crust had a delightful crunch and it was delicious. It is made with a sourdough and it is better for your digestion than a regular pizza dough. My wife had a Pistachio pizza and she loved it. It wasn't sweet, it was made with white sauce and being pistachio lover it was a real treat! Yummy! They have fountain beverages (Coke products), as well as bottled sodas. The staff were very friendly, and that just made it perfect. We had a great time. We highly recommend it! read more
This place is very cute, urban and delicious. I got the sausage and garlic pizza, it has 3 different cheese! Ximena was very sweet and warned me it was spicy. I had them hold the pepers. It was very thoughtful to warn me, I would have been sad if I couldnt have ate it. Joey cooked my pizza and it was amazing! I got a 12 inch, its enough food for 2. I love the view, its on the top floor of the blvd where hawaiian market place use to be. Its clean, spacious and they offer indoor and outdoor seating. They got my pizza out fast. They serve coke products and some healthier options like st james green tea. As a local I dont venture down to the strip often, this place was worth it! I will be back! They also offer a 10% military discount! Love seeing buisnesses support us military its very much appreciated! read more
