I liked that the space to order is right up front and off to the side so you can walk in easily and get your order for take away or venture into the seating area. The coffee, unfortunately, left a bit to be desired. My iced coffee wad mostly milk with a whisper of espresso in the background. The syrups are not homemade and this particular brand of lavender was a bit too sweet but also bitter. This is certainly the place to come with a group or small children on a rainy day. Maybe not that place for a lavender latte.

I did not buy any coffee (and you cannot bring any outside food/drink jn), so I cannot speak to that. The one downside is the quality of the seating. If you consider the name "Family Room" -- it looks like a well-loved living room that many children have sat, jumped, eaten on. There were crumbs all over the couches and I had stopped in before 9am.

Standard coffee shop offerings at market-appropriate prices. Their cold brew is delicious, one of the best I've had in the area. I also ordered the egg sandwich and breakfast cookie, which was the perfect amount of food (especially if you share the cookie). I sometimes feel like breakfast sandwiches can be heavy and rather greasy, but this one was quite light! The maple sauce added a nice touch of sweetness too. I believe their breakfast cookie is a best seller and I can see why. Chocolate chips and dried cherries?? Scrumptious and soft! I like the small and minimalist feel of their interior. It feels more hometown instead of a chain. Even with only a few people working, they kept the orders coming at a great speed. I was happy to get my food within minutes. I eyed the cinnamon roll pretty hard, so I look forward to trying that next!

My friend and I went to the very back room and set up the watercolor paint for 6 hours in Saturday morning and did not feel like we had to leave because it was too busy or the staff was hovering. Very relaxing. I had the make your own breakfast sandwich with croissant, medium cooked egg, sriracha aioli, and bacon. The croissant itself was really floppy but it had good flavor. I had 2 coffee drinks within the 6 hours. First I had the honey latte with oat milk and then the americano. I have to say that both seemed rather weak in coffee flavor. The latte was more milk than coffee forward and the americano needed another shot maybe. I was disappointed in the drinks. My friend had 2 different tea drinks and enjoyed those a lot. I would return but I'd change up my coffee drinks.
