What a cool concept... This coffee shop is a perfect place for a morning meeting. The decor is simple and basic but clean which makes it perfect for anything from a business meeting to just catching up with friends. They keep the place clean and it has a variety for different seating configurations. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The coffee is very good so what more could you ask for. read more

Very large space with friendly staff. Very churchy environment, so if that makes you uncomfortable, I might not come here. I have the goal of trying every coffee shop in the city, and I saw a post about adding "whimsy" to your drink (sprinkles). I thought it was a super cute idea and decided to stop in! I passed the entrance at first and had to turn around, but the parking lot was big and you really couldn't miss it (lol). I got the Disco Occasionally shaken espresso which has vanilla, raspberry, and brown sugar. I noticed they use Holy Kakow syrups, which I'd never tried before but have heard great things. My drink took quite a while to come out, but I really liked it! I usually opt for a latte over a shaken espresso because they're a bit creamier for my taste, but it was a good drink. I should've added cold foam or something and then it would have been perfect. I also got a blueberry pie bar because I hadn't had breakfast, and it was really good! It wouldn't have been my first choice, but the person in front of me got the last slice of banana bread. The staff was super friendly and the shop was super clean. read more

My iced lavender vanilla latte was inedible it was so horrific. The flavor of the syrup was vastly different than other coffee shops. I couldn't taste the coffee at all. The staff was super nice which is why I gave it two stars- maybe I just didn't order the right item. The place itself was nice with lots of seating. Would come back to try the Acai bowls, but wouldn't order coffee here again. read more

Visited Ethos & Co. Cafe today. This was my first visit. The cafe has ample parking. The building is very large. Walking in there were lots of Christmas decorations. I was greeted upon entering and the staff was friendly. I ordered a vanilla latte with an extra espresso shot to go. The drink was good, with a very strong coffee flavor. This place seems like a great spot for meetings and small events. Worth a try if you like coffee and are near the location. read more

Tried to come here on the weekends... they are not open. So today (a Wed) I was able to stop by for a Chai. Took a bit to get the drink but it was excellent. Lots of flavor. Yum. The space is large. A converted barn with very vaulted ceilings. Strangely it isnt echo-y. A big Plus! The space really functions well for working. There are enclosed side rooms which work really well for meetings and seminars. One was actually using such a room today. Great concept. Ethosnis everything I'm looking for in a coffee shop. The space is inviting and has great natural light. There are ample tables and chairs. It is not very loud even when the place is full. The coffee is excellent. Have not tried any pastries yet. I respect the fact that they donate so much to charities. I go out of my way to go to Ethos and everytime I go I am thoroughly satisfied. read more

This was my first time at this establishment. The staff was very kind, accommodating and patient with me. The customer service was amazing. I went in just to get some work done and I was able to enjoy a nice oatmeal with fresh fruit. It was delightful. The decor is fresh, inviting and warm. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

We came on a Friday around lunch time. Oat latte. Typical oat latte, like major chains. The froth was a bit airy/bubbly. Matcha latte with oat milk. Not much matcha flavor and more sugary than expected. (We typically don't add sugar, and if we do, it's less). Since we sat inside the cafe, we were hoping to get reusable mugs. This is a very spacious cafe with many large tables to work at. It's a great space for small gatherings/meet ups. A mix of some smaller tables for 1-2 people would allow for more tables overall. When we went, most the tables only had 1 person sitting at a table large enough for 6 people. read more

This location opened up down the street from us and I'm so excited to have a local coffee shop! This place is absolutely stunning and has so much room for people to come study, work, or just meet up with friends. I got an açaí bowl and a vanilla iced latte. Both were absolutely delicious. They serve florin coffee (one of my favorites in the city), sandwiches from "freedom a la carte", and Johnson's ice cream! I love the mission too ... supporting local non profits with proceeds. My sister and I found this place on Instagram. We live pretty close so we invited our parents with us. I don't like coffee but I'm a die hard chai fan. BEST chai I've ever had. They have a food pantry for people who need it. There is a lot of seating and it seems like a nice place to sit and do work. Would 100% recommend! read more

Glad I dropped in on the way from Columbus to Cleveland . Hard to believe that this space doesn't have a Yelp review yet. This is my favorite cafe in Westerville. Not only is the coffee great but the fact that they donate everything after operating costs to a different charity each month is such a great business model. Starbucks would never! The space is huge and clean and comfy. No complaints. read more

If you are looking for a relaxing place to do some work or catch up with friends, this cafe is an amazing space. Lots of tables with plenty of seating, lots of outlets available, and a bright and open atmosphere. Coffee is reasonably priced although not a ton of food options. Both times I have come the staff have been extremely inviting and attentive. Highly recommend. read more

Both flavors were excellent and the texture was even better. The shop is kinda small, I can imagine in the summer during peak hours this place can get very busy and seating sparse. Right now it's a bit toasty inside but hopefully it won't be as warm in here as the days get hotter.

I originally ordered a latte and asked if they had a milk alternative. I was told they make their own oat milk in house, which sounded great. I then asked if they could tell me whether it was gluten-free. I ask this at every coffee shop because I have to avoid gluten, and I've always found that staff are happy to check ingredients or packaging when there's an allergy or dietary concern. Unfortunately, they told me they didn't know if it was gluten-free and weren't sure how to find out. Because of that, I decided to order a cold brew instead. About five minutes later, I was called back up and told they were out of cold brew. At that point, my only real option was a plain iced coffee. It was disappointing to visit a new coffee shop and not be able to order either of the two drinks I came in hoping to get. More than anything, I think this highlighted an opportunity for improvement. It would be helpful if staff knew the ingredients in the products they serve, especially when customers ask about allergens, and if inventory was communicated before orders were taken. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it's intended. I wanted to love this place because it has a lot going for it, and I hope these are things that can be improved.

The girls behind the bar started to socialize and then noticed that I was still waiting. The gal who took my order asked me what I had ordered. I told her and she said she didn't see it. Mind you, she was the same person who had taken my order and my payment. They eventually made my drinks and gave me a casual apology, but the whole encounter - preferential treatment given to their friends at the back of the line, and losing my order completely (despite taking my money) - really left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll take my business to the other coffee shop in town.
