This nail spa was absolutely amazing... We went at the very last minute before eighth grade promotion, there were five of us to get nails toes, manicures and pedicures done and they managed to fit us all in one day with no appointment. They were fantastic, very accommodating and extremely kind. They did a beautiful job with all of our nails, and the environment was very clean and welcoming. My smallest daughter is eight and my eldest 13. They did a wonderful job working with both ages and also assisted my sister and I. They were extremely accommodating and did everything that we requested even when we changed our minds about colors at the last minute lol. The polish was very durable And has held up for more than two weeks now. We will most definitely be back! Thank you so much, happiness nails And Spa! read more

Nancy is the best!! I always book ahead of time with her and she takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect. My nails have become so healthy and strong since she started working on them. I get hard gel on my nails, and she takes the time to make sure that the application and removal is done properly every time. I am constantly washing my hands and quite rough with my nails at work but they last well past 2 weeks and stay in great condition. read more

This place is horrendous. I went to get a soak off on my acrylics today, called before I went to get pricing. Told me $10 over the phone. I got there, the lady was so rough with me, she started clipping my nails and then proceeded to use nails to get my acrylics off, I pulled my hand & told her I came in for a soak off, not this then she said yeah okay we'll do soak off, $15. I just agreed because I wanted to get out of there. She then proceeded to put my hands into a bowl of acetone placed a towel over my hands. I waited for 10 mins and she got upset the acetone wasn't working so continued to use the nails to take off my acrylics. She filed, cut and buffed my nails out but was very rude and rough. I got to the front counter to pay, the guy said $15, no receipt. Checked my bank account when I left and they charged me $16. disappointed is an understatement read more

It's been over a year since I tried Happiness for a mani/pedi. The last time I went, I got a fungus under my nail. I see the reviews have improved and went back tonight hoping they are cleaner and better. It was super busy, they sat me in the very back by the restrooms. The manicure with gel totaled 20 minutes. The man that did it is the same that did it last year. He says my nails are too thin so I should get acrylic; I don't want acrylics, just gel polish. He said "don't say I didn't warn you". Ok. He did a nice job with the gel paint, so that is good. The lady that did my pedicure was very thorough, but cut the entire side of my big toe flesh. Ouch. Now, a few hours later, my entire toe is swollen, red, and hot. Wonderful. The gel polish on my toes are not smooth around the sides. Well, I guess I have my annual update.... read more

*** visited this business 5 years ago...I needed a convenient place to meet my sister for pedicures. I had hoped things had changed, turnover or new owners. -------- Worst pedicure I've ever had. I cannot complain enough about my sister's and my experience today. Look for her review too. Pedicures should not hurt: removal of my old gel polish, cuticle pushing/removal, pulling off vs trimming skin, trimming of nails, filing of nails, all of it hurt. The skin around my toe nails is red and or raw. She pulled at skin/hang nails. Pedicure 2 came with massage, callous removal, paraffin wax dip, "mud/mask". The spa like pedicure was more like a basic pedicure. My nails on each foot are different shapes, toenails different lengths. Unable to communicate with nail tech, spoke no English. She didn't understand when I said ouch, or that hurts. I asked for one coat of glitter polish and she wanted to put a different color underneath, I said no, even hand gestures didn't help. I finally had to be abrupt and raise my voice, my "no". I now have 4-5 coats of glitter polish. I'll deal with. The salon is set up for lots of customers not conducive for people getting pedicures together to visit, sit next to each other. I had an appointment but there was still a wait. They packed more customers in than there were nail technicians. The guy kept saying it'll be 10 minutes to everyone who came in. Tons of customers, not enough technicians. My sister also had a poor experience. Again the technician spoke little to no English, didn't follow instructions. My sister got done before me. Her nails looked like a child had painted her nails and her nails were uneven, misshapen. Once the technician was done she went over to whisper to someone else, it was obvious that she was talking about my sister/us. She eyed her then said "bitch" looked at my sister. We both saw this. No communication throughout like hello, how are you, thank you, zero. The salon is messy, disorganized, not filthy but not clean. Poor customer service. I called Thursday to make appointment, rude phone interaction, man cut me off. I called Friday to reconfirm and he was a bit more professional. When I paid, there was no thank you. I will never visit this salon again, I recommend you don't either. read more

Only leaving 2 stars because the first time I came I really liked my nails which is the reason I came back. I walked in on a Saturday and asked if they had availability for a gel manicure, they said yes and a lady started doing my nails. As she was removing my gel polish, 6 little girls arrived for a pre-scheduled appointment. The lady stopped doing my nails and I was moved to a chair where the male owner took over. Everything felt rushed and there was gel polish all over my skin which burns when cured with the lamp. I understand I did not have an appointment, but I wish they would turn people away if they don't have enough employees instead of providing sub-par, rushed service. I paid for my service but did not tip (that says a lot because I ALWAYS tip) Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I really wanted to give this establishment a great rating/review but it's impossible. Everyone is really nice. They're great salespeople. But their workmanship is not good at all. I asked for dip and was talked into "hard gel". The gel brush was raggedy and the gel was ultra thick. I was going to verbally question the product but was into my positive affirmations I was listening. I was feeling the zen, y'all. Peter didn't shape... ok. Ok!! I can't write a review. I'm really trying to be nice but the words won't type out. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! LOOK AT MY NAILS! Now look at yours. LOOK AT MY TOENAILS! Now look at yours. Now quietly, without snickering ... I said "STOP LAUGHING!!!" Look at my nails. Did you look? Now look at yours. Yeh, Gurl!!! Look at yours and you probably got some press-ons from Target. I returned to this salon out of convenience. I could not recall why it was not my regular nail salon until I was overcharged and it all came back. A $35 nail fill turned into $60. Apparently since I asked for a SIMPLE design, tech decided $25 in addition to $35 fee was "appropriate "!!! Not to mention you can still see through the tip of the nail. I DID ask for added polish to cover tip, was going to be an additional $10? Take a look at pointer finger..WTF read more

so went into happiness nails this morning needed a fill I walked in. I saw the price list and it said $25 for an acrylic fill. She did an OK job. I asked her if she can paint my toenails with the same color but not gel just regular nail polish she said OK. I left there paying $61. Five dollars of it was a tip I mentioned to the owner your refill are $25. He said yes but you got gel. I just walked out. I didn't wanna make a scene, but that is false advertising. You should not place a price on your menu if that is not what you're gonna charge. Anyway, won't go back there again. read more

Dear goodness don't come here for a pedi. I got poked and cut like crazy. And the polish looks horrible. Its all over my skin. I didn't get gel and when I went to sit at the fans I was just left there. I tried turning on one but it wasn't turning on so I moved to a different spot. I'm never coming back here. Not worth $35. Fast pedicure ever. 2 stars because my feet are soft. But it freaking hurt. read more

NEVER AGAIN. I took my two boys to get their toes cut. I was very clear that I wanted their toe nails cut. If they wanted a color they can have a color but no gel. You guys. I paid $FIFTY DOLLARS. For two KIDS (4 and 7) to get their toe nails cut. I came to get my eyebrows waxed but they totally ignored that. And by the time I paid for the boys I said never mind. He kept pushing and pushing for them to get hands down too. And they didn't have kids chairs so my kids were hanging off the chairs. Didn't tell me or warn me at all. read more

I came to this salon a few years ago and was skeptical to try it again since the first time I went was awful. After yesterday, I know exactly why I never came back. I asked for a color on the swatches and the lady came back with 2 other bottles that weren't the color I requested. I kept asking if they were out of the color I wanted and she kept saying "it's the same". I then asked for a different color and she came back with the SAME colors I didn't request. I kept saying that's not the color I requested and if she could bring me the one I want. She then gave me disposable flip-flops, and made me walk to the wall of polishes and told me "go choose", I was in shock. I went back to my chair and told her to do white. The application of polish was awful and I kept staring at it and she said "I'll file I'll file". After she was done, she went in with the cuticle cutters and nipped me pretty bad (as you can see in the pictures). She kept trying to wipe the blood, and didn't even apologize for cutting me. She left a tiny piece of tissue in the cuts place and proceeded to put on my shoes. Today, my toe is bruised and red from her digging into the side of my nail. I didn't even have an ingrown for her to be digging!! I will never be back and I advise you not to go here. read more

The ladies at Happiness took great care of me! I work with my hands & need to keep my nails short. I still felt had an in depth treatment of the cuticle and the cracked skin around the edges of my nails. They were totally transformed and I felt confident walking into my job interview. My pedicure was enjoyable, I appreciate the time she took taking care of the nails & excellent massage. I did the "2" pedicure which included a paraffin treatment, minty mud mask and scrub. I have been here a few times and every time I've been happy, but today my experience with Nancy was amazing!!! She is the Only one too see in this shop. She schedules her own appointments, she works days and nights and she is willing to accommodate your schedule. She does it all from nails, waxing, and microblading. First visit here. I came in for a mani and pedi. I tried the powder dip for the first time. The staff was very friendly and I was seen immediately for both simultaneously. My pedicure was amazing and I feel as though I got my money worth. However I'm not impressed with the "manicure" or powder. The guy was rough when filing so my fingers were sore for days. He didn't cut me, it was more burning. I was charged $40 and I didn't like how they looked and all I got was the nails, no massage or anything which was why I went. I have included a picture of my nails, after a week, this is how horrible they look. I'm not sure why one finger is cracked because I didn't hurt it. I'll stick with regular polish or gel in the future. read more

The owner would rather make customers wait instead of taking care of them himself because he doesn't "do pedicures" I came here on a Monday very slow day and was stuck waiting meanwhile the owner was behind the counter. As I got up to leave then he decided to switch out a manicurist (who was already working on a client!!) with himself and have her do my pedicure. So unprofessional. I got a good pedicure in the end and tipped generously because it wasn't the lady's fault her boss is a weirdo. However no decent pedicure with subpar customer service is enough for me to be a customer, never will I come back. read more

My sister make an appointment with Mary for my nails and pedicure and she did not do a good job. She didn't ask me in the first place what color I wanted and she left me the nails not painted right and sharp edges behind my nails and charged my sister the full amount. In addition to addressing texture issues, they very naturally rejuvenated my appearance with a touch of Juvéderm fillers (a collection of HA fillers with different textures used to address a number of concerns like facial laxity, improved definition and structure, and just overall rejuvenation.) This gave me a refreshed look and I absolutely love seeing the improvement. It makes me feel so much more confident. Honestly, overall I am really impressed with their knowledge, skill and how they specialize in pigmented skin. I always feel safe with Dr. Sethi and Nurse Kat. I was also given a comprehensive breakdown of the entire process, including specific rules, especially when booking future appointments with European Wax Center. In this visit, I was served by Zoe. She was such an incredible wax specialist! We were both laughing and having a great time in our conversation. Because of this, it took less focus away from the waxing process itself. In essence, the entire waxing wasn't as painful as I anticipated. It definitely helped that I took Tylenol before the appointment, too. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience. She was polite throughout the interaction and even acknowledged that she understood my frustration and agreed that the situation did not seem right. Because of that, this review is not necessarily a reflection of Kayla personally, but rather of the management decision and lack of accommodation from whoever she had to answer to, whether that was a supervisor or the owner. I also asked whether another day could be arranged instead, but the communication felt hesitant and delayed, which ultimately led me to cancel the appointment altogether and make arrangements with Appellation aka Wine and Roses. It's unfortunate because I have genuinely supported and enjoyed this business for years. The 3 stars are for the quality of massages and prior customer service experiences I've received in the past.
