The idiot guy who runs the salon constantly keeps raising his prices from $80.00 to $100.00 and then he makes a joke out of it. I have gone to other places in the Lodi CA area and they charge $35.00 to $40.00 for a fill. Also whatever you do please do not give this guy your debit or credit card when you pay. Give him strictly cash instead.....he continuously swipes the cards in his machine and my bank is suspicious of him because they have had to put a stop on my debit card....the last time he swiped it was six times........he is a real smart ass too. I have told him to not swipe my card more than once but he does not listen.....and then he makes a joke out of it----a real smart assed in my opinion and I am not crazy about him at all read more

I went on Jan 2 2023 for a fill from a set I got out of the country. I did not get the name of the young lady that helped me but she was helpful and kind the whole time. I let her know one of the nails was falling off and she took care of that without extra charge. I love my nails they look amazing! I asked for a floral design and she did an amazing job. **** UPDATE: went back to the salon today 2 days after my last visit because my gel was peeling off again. I asked the lady to remove the polish and I asked for a refund. She started screaming at my in front of my kids and said its not her fault she did them twice and took the polish off for free. I tried explaining to her that I shouldn't have had this problem. She continued to yell at me and tell me she just works there. I asked for the owners number and called him and explained the situation and he said oh well nothing is guaranteed and said if I don't like it go somewhere else...**** Literally the worst gel manicure I have ever had. The lady charged me for gel manicure and all she did was put the polish on which by the way was peeling off before I was even done with my pedi. She argued with me about it and said it was my fault it was peeling. I made her do it again. She only did one coat of polish and did it so quick. Now let's get to the pedi the lady who did that was so rough and cut me twice. Then when it came to paining well let's say my 5 year old could paint my toes better then she did. I will not be returning to this place not do I recommend anyone trying to go here. After 2 hrs in the salon I got a sloppy and bad mani pedi. read more

The Pumice stones they use are dirty and worn out. Poor customer service, lady was rude throughout the whole time. Hurt my finger badly with the tool and kept on trying to have me pay extra for flower diamond etc after I told her many times exactly how I wanted it. This was my second time there. The first time was fine, they were really fast and I was out with a shellac coat on my nails within 30 minutes. When I went last week, I chose a color that was not staying on my nails very well, and I had even requested a third coat to cover the natural white tip of my nails. When I was finished, she said it was $25, but on the door it said $18 for shellac. When i questioned her, she said they charged for a manicure as well - lame. So I left angry and with ugly nails - bubbles in the color and more color on my cuticles than on my actual nails. Saturday night came around and 75% of all the edges were lifting and here we are today with no shellac color on my nails and it hasn't even been 5 days. Pricey for what it is, location and atmosphere. For $5 more I could have gone to an actual spa and gotten a shellac manicure. read more

Wow tried to give this place another chance after being told to come back I went with my daughters to get a coffee and when I got back she said well we waited and didn't know if you were coming back and had taken other clients. I had my coffee in hand and seriously? She said I'd have to wait at least 30 minutes. I had already given them time. Do not waist your time like I did. I was truly disappointed to be told to come back then they took other people. Truly unprofessional lady. This nail Salon has many styles and shapes; my favorites are "Gel nails" for pedicures, and "Dip nails" for manicures. They do a excellent job at a reasonable rate; I've read some of their bad reviews, and want to clarify. If you ask for Tony, [manicures] and Vicky or Mary, [pedicures] you will be very pleased; you will make this Salon a priority. Tony has "mad skills", and knows how to work all "Dip nail products". I have gone many times, and always get compliments on my nails; whether I add tips, or stay with my length, the color and shine wears off after 3.5 weeks. That's never heard of in manicures; and my pedicure lasted for 6 weeks! Tony, Vicky, and Mary are super friendly too; and can be quite meticulous on the cuticles. I'm glad Lodi Nails are in town; I never have been in a nail salon that continues to work hard at keeping the customer happy. I recently went in for a full gel set and let me tell you this was the MOST HORRIBLE experience I've had in my life. I didn't get the ladies name that had done my nails, but she sits in front next to the cash register. This woman rushed and was very rude. When I explained if she was going to clean my cuticles she said I already did . Mind you I haven't done my nails in a year so they needed to be cleaned up . She did it over and drilled to much into my nail. When it came to your putting on the acrylic she left so much spots missing with acrylic to where my nails were so thin . When she filed them I asked her if she could file one of my middle fingers more square she got mad starting talking hella stuff in her language and came back and grabbed my hand rudely and said which one and she redid my whole hands and was upset about it and said here is that fine. I came here to do my nails here during my lunch since i work in the same center. The main lady did a horrible job, my nails were not even the same shape some were square others were more rounded . I didn't have time so i came back after work to see if she can fix them because i also noticed that some of my nails weren't all the way fill. They looked like i needed a fill already. When i did come back the lady tried fixing them but actually made them look even worst so i askes if she can just take them off with a refund because the nails were simply too expensive to look as bad as they did. Unfortunately the lady refused to give me my money back and she told me to go to another salon to get them taken off. I walked out extremely mad i do not recommended this place.
