I walked in and got a pedicure with Nancy, she was amazing! I have been struggling to find a decent pedicure place in Stockton. She was quick and efficient, she made my nails look great. My big toes always break super short and my pinky toe on my right foot grows weird. She was able to fix all of my issues and give me exactly what I wanted. It's been two weeks since I got my toes done and they still look amazing. I'll definitely be coming here from now on! I got my bridal nails done at Lacquer and I love them so much. I don't usually get manicures because of my job, but I wanted to get a special set for my upcoming wedding. Nary was my nail tech and she did a phenomenal job. I showed her my inspo picture of how I wanted them done: hombre pink/ white, short square shape. She gave me exactly what I asked for and she leveled it up by adding a cute sparkle to them. Nary came highly recommended by my sister who had been going to her for a long time and I can now see why. She took the time to make sure I was happy and made them better than I could've imagined. I also got a pedicure here but I feel so bad I didn't catch the name of the tech who did it for me. She also did a great job. The prices here are very steep, I paid $145 (not including tip) for both service. But the overall quality of the services I received and the end result made it totally worth it in my opinion. read more

This place is hit or miss, but it's one of my favorites in Stockton. I have gone there a couple times and had an absolutely awesome experience and others just MEH. For instance, if you don't get gel polish, don't expect to have your nails dry by the time you leave. No fan, no dryer, no quick dry spray and no quick dry polish. So I won't be returning there the next time I don't want to get gel. I don't usually don't get gel , so they can expect to loose some business for sure. And since I always come with a crown, they can triple that number. read more

Terri was an absolute SAINT! Today has been crazy and I was desperate to get my nails done. I had a bad experience with my last acrylic nail fill. Long story short I tried to take my acrylics off without ripping them and it was a mess and took way to long. My nails are extremely thin and damaged Terri was so amazing she took great care with my fragile nails and listened to my concerns about them being thin. Terri here is THE BEST! She is so fantastic both at painting nails as well as doing cuticles. I have never had a better experience. My nails looked so clean and the polish was pure, mirrored perfection. No dents, no uneven spots, nothing. I usually don't go get mani/pedis often because I'm a perfectionist and the littlest bit of imperfection will piss me off that I'd rather pull the nails off. But Terri was so good that it's now days later and I can't stop admiring them. This is the first time this has happened to me in my experience ever! I had AnnaV, she was so sweet & listened to every detail I wanted & also put in some of her ideas which worked out perfect. I'd definitely go there again. My go to place to get my nails done! Ask for Lyda she's amazing! She pays really close attention to detail! Her work is always amazingly consistent. She cannot draw so if you're looking for that find somebody else. She's amazing at ombres, rhinestones etc.. yes the price is a bit steep but you get what you pay for and I am willing to spend a pretty penny on my nails. read more

Gosh what a shame. Walked in for a pedicure, she told me they only have time for a basic. She didn't explain that I would sit at 1:13 and be out by 1:35. I can't believe I've been looking forward to getting a pedicure this week and it lasted all but 22 minutes. The chair was broken and when I asked if it was they just said no and pushed buttons for me that sis solve anything. The massage was no more then 2 minutes as she rubbed both legs at the same time. I am in the beauty industry and it kills me that's there so so many places that just don't care. Beauty services are meant to be an expirence and you can charge more when you create a space and an experience. I feel bad for the employees, because if they treat the customers this way, then how do they treat them. Beauty industry operators are some of the hardest workers and it's so sad they are stuck in an environment like this. I DO NOT recommended supporting a business who has no passion for their own industry. It's a bad reflection of an industry I love. If your looking for a relaxing expirence, an hour to yourself, treating yourself such as a pedicure I recommend choosing elsewhere. read more

I'm giving this a 3 star only because I was helped by a young man who did not do a great job on my nails. I asked him, "Are you able to do it?" He goes, "Yeah." But, he kept taking deep breath, sighing, and said, "wow" a couple of times when I showed him the picture of the nail that I wanted. Any way, cut to the chase. He didn't sand down my old gel nicely for it to be even, I told him I would like the nails to be thinner and it didn't came out how I want it, he started off with a gel coat that still shows my old nail set peaking through and when I addressed him that he kept sighing several times, and when it comes to coating, he only coated my left hand twice, my right hand once, and when he had to do the white tip of my nails, he rushed it, and then got frustrated and put his supplies down and sigh again. At the very last minute when he couldn't do it that's when he asked someone to help him. All she did was the white tip of my nail which came out exactly how I wanted but since the store was already closed, I was the last customer there, and all of the workers left, except for him and her, I didn't want to complain and have her start everything all over. Plus, I didn't got done until 7:30 and my appointment was set at 5:30. Any way, I'm planning to call the place tomorrow and hopefully someone can fix my nails. I do not want to rock ugly nails for the next 3 weeks especially when I paid for it too. But next time I'll know not to go to him. UPDATE: So I went in. I was helped by Anna. She did an amazing job at fixing my nails and nailed the look. I can say I am now satisfied. So a 5 star to Anna. I can pretty much say I found my go to nail technician. read more
