Mongolian Beef, 133. Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Roll
Tracey C.

I went here based on Yelp reviews. The Mongolian Beef sauce was too thick and the Chicken was fried too hard. The egg rolls were tasty. They seem to have a steady flow of customers so maybe I ordered the wrong things. I might give them another try. MIGHT!

My family has been coming here for the last few years. It's our favorite Chinese restaurant in the…read morecity. It does get quite busy since their lobster sticky rice went viral a bit ago. The space is lean and there's a decent amount of seating. Paid street parking is plentiful outside the restaurant. Go-tos: -301 lobster sticky rice (save the shells to make delicious congee later!) -401 bean sprouts -402 green beans -345 Japanese tofu and vegetables -350 sizzling beef Pro tip: -come an hour or so after they open so you don't have to wait (since the wait can be long), or during "off hours" and you shouldn't have a problem being seated

They played a birthday song over the speakers and let us bring a cake to the restaurant. Service wise, would give this place a 10/10. The food was really unique and special, you don't see a lot of these dishes at Chinese restaurants. The menu had many many different options to choose from. We shared the twin lobster sticky rice (came with 2 lobsters for $88), the salted yolk pumpkin, and the pork belly chicken soup. The soup was good but the white pepper taste was a bit too strong. The other dishes were on the heavier, oily side but they were really delicious. There were generous portions of lobster. They served a really nice, fragrant jasmine tea with dinner which they kept refilled and pipping hot. Bathroom was clean and the restaurant has a beautiful design inside that's nice for parties of 4 or larger groups for family style dining. There's plenty of paid street parking options, around $5 for 2 hours. I would recommend giving it a try!

I'm not someone who writes reviews often, if ever, but in all honestly this is a hidden gem for me…read moreand my friends. I've been roughly 6 times at now, each time trying a different piece of the menu, and I have never been disappointed from a single visit. Some favorites are the chicken udon ramen, beef bulgogi bowl, gyoza, but some peaks for me are the Takoyaki, and the Katsu Chicken Rice Bowl which I feel I could eat over and over again. A cozy environment that i've used for in-between my class time, and just a pleasant place to be. Much love to this place, and I hope it gets more attention because they deserve it!

The boba drinks are very nice. I'm not a fan of the mixed flavor drinks but you may like them. Dishes with rice are well cooked, I loved the crispy tofu-cooked just right. However, the soups with noodles are overcooked, kind of had that Maruchan texture while I prefer more al dente. There's a robot server which is a basic tray on wheels that apparently cannot be stocked with napkins and chopsticks. Stupid robot. Your technological distinctiveness will not be added to our own. You will not be permitted to service us. Resistance is futile.

I have…read morewritten multiple reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp consistently and most accurately describing this quaint restaurant as a "Hidden Gem." Our most recent dining experience on Mother's Day was consistent with past visits. Hans stands out due to its inventive takes on traditional Chinese dishes offering a unique dining experience that blends contemporary presentation with bold, comforting flavors. The restaurant's sleek, minimalist interior and intimate setting features clean white tablecloths, soft lighting, and a calm, understated elegance. With limited seating, Han 202 provides a cozy and personal dining environment, making it ideal for date nights or small gatherings. Han 202 is renowned for its prix fixe tasting menu, which offers a curated selection of dishes that change seasonally, but be careful about supplemental charges for some menu items. Diners can expect a multi-course meal that showcases a fusion of Asian flavors with modern culinary techniques; THIS CHEF IS 5 STARS! The salads are all fresh. The appetizers unique--BEST SHRIMP TOAST ANYWHERE. Signature dishes include inventive takes on classics, such as Chilean Seabass (pictured), duck with hoisin reduction, and delicate dumplings. The Ribeye & Lobster is divine. Lobster tails cooked to perfection. All of the varied menu offerings are OUTSTANDING! Just make certain that you save room for the Hot Chocolate Souffle for desert. The attentive staff ensures that each course is timed perfectly, allowing guests to savor the progression of flavors throughout the meal. The service from a restaurant with TWO waiters, one doubling as the greeter, a Head Chef and a Sous Chef is remarkably consistently amazing!
