We started with potstickers. For our entrees, we ordered jumbo shrimp fried rice, shrimp with lobster sauce and shrimp pad see eiw. We enjoyed everything we ordered. There were quite a few patrons in the hibachi section which is where we plan on trying next time we stop in. Definitely a neighborhood staple and highly recommend if you're in the area.

It is listed as a Vietnamese crepe, but instead of the traditional, crispy rice flour crepe meant to be torn and wrapped in lettuce, I received a soft, soggy, French-style crepe. Because it lacked that essential crispiness, the crepe completely fell apart, making it impossible to wrap in lettuce or dip into the sauce. Furthermore, instead of being served with adequate traditional herbs and leafy lettuce, it came with standard iceberg lettuce. When I voiced these concerns to my waitress, she simply told me "that's how it's made" and made no effort to correct the dish or offer an alternative. I expected a much higher standard of authenticity and customer service from Thithi's restaurant.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I arrived before several other customers and waited at the ordering window. The staff clearly saw me, yet they chose to serve multiple people who arrived after me while completely ignoring me. I received no explanation and no apology. The way I was treated made me feel discriminated against because I am Hispanic. No customer should be ignored or treated differently because of their appearance or the language they speak. I do not recommend this place. The service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I hope management investigates this incident and ensures that every customer is treated with the same respect and fairness. read more

Unprofessional!! My family have been ordering from this place forever until last night. We always order lots of food but last night they only gave us three of the sweet sause and we were told that's it, only for certain foods. All the freakin food we had!!
