Great experience from the initial design consult to the finishing touches. The entire team was easy to work with, communicated clearly and responded to all issues or concerns. All work crews and sub- contractors showed up as promised and had real expertise and pride of workmanship. Pricing was fair and straightforward, no surprises and zero heavy handed sales pressure. We contacted Hansen Pools about doing re-doing our pool, and I was told their Project Manager needed to go out of town and would not be available to come by for about 10 days. No problem at all we were excited to support a local Corona business. Project Manager then came out, reviewed our property and just never got back to us at all. It's now been 19 days with no estimate or communication since the visit. Unfortunately if we are going to struggle with communication at this step on what we viewed as a major project then we'll have to pass. What a bummer, and waste of our time. Maybe another Pool Construction company would be a better avenue for anyone to go to who's looking for proper communication & a mutual respect of each others time. read more

I had several other guys out to give estimates and talk to them about our very specific vision of what we wanted. When I received their initial plans I seriously had to ask all of them if they sent me the wrong plans. They didn't listen to a thing I said and sent me their vision which was nothing close to ours. I have been looking around for a pool construction buisness around the area and came across this company. He responded fairly quickly until he came by to check out my backyard and was told to get an estimate within a couple days. One week goes by and I emailed him for an update about the design he was making for us and when we can start, which he then failed to respond.
