They ended up putting MASSIVE holes in my walls by dragging the drill across the wall rather than actually looking for the studs! One of the TVs had a bottom mounted sound bar, that they couldn't identify that you had to remove ONE SCREW from the back of the mount to lower the bar and ended up mounting the sound bar to the wall! We replaced our Direct TV box at his request, but that did not fix our issue. The new TV kept going into a black screen randomly, and sound will go out.
