BTW, they also did a great job on our house inspection ~5 years ago! Edit note: Not sure why Yelp is stating I'm from San Francsico. The work was done in Round Rock, Texas.

The screw ups where to many to mention here but the highlights are: Misaligned and crooked grout lines, Tiles not flush, exhaust fan not vented thru roof. And to top it off they did not pull a permit for the electrical or plumbing. They even hid a junction box behind the sheetrock in a wall ( this is a major NEC violation). I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. This is not a good company to do business with!

We love our Half Bath to Full Bath complete remodel done by IV Remodeling!…read more Our project was a bit complicated due to a COMPLETE Bathroom Transformation, which entailed relocation of Laundry Room to Garage to enlarge bathroom space, removal of wall and door to extend Half Bath to Full Bath, relocation of vanity & toilet for a rain shower install, raised ceiling, and a complete install of floor & wall tile. IV Remodeling was the only company out of 10 companies contacted that gave us a very detailed point by point estimate. The owner, project manager, and the crew was very friendly, helpful and experienced with all aspects of the install. The entire team was always there for any questions we had during the entire remodeling process. The project came out exactly how we wanted it and we love it Very Much! We really appreciate everything the team done for us and of course we highly recommend IV Remodeling and will use them for future projects! Few days later sent me an email advising they "recommend" having their design consultant, come out and do her design thing. It would cost $100 and if we liked the estimate it would go towards the cost. I don't need it and didn't ask for it. I guess that's there way of charging for an "estimate" Melissa also said the owner is a designer. If that's so, his expertise should be part of the process automatically. You know, the cost of doing business. I read in a previous review that their estimate was done contactless with photos sent by the customer. Looks like that's NOT their process any longer. I'm guessing they have enough work and don't need any new stuff??
