Maybe 15 minutes later, he was at our front door. He fixed our problem and explained what we needed to do to try to prevent it from happening again. Unfortunately we have a unit that's close to dead. Glenn emailed us a no-pressure estimate on replacement, as well as a copy of our invoice. He was super respectful of our home, even taking off his shoes and carrying them around while walking inside. He worked on the inside and outside. We were very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Glenn also called and texted us later in the night to make sure everything was working. I was never told by letter or email, and that was never ever shared with me. In case you didn't know what a lien was: "A legal right to possess another's property until a debt is repaid or an obligation is met." So in other words, the bank thought that someone co-owned my property. Now why would this be required for such a small loan that is in good standing (paying on-time monthly)? I had a larger loan with another company for my windows/doors yet they DID NOT feel the need to place a lien on my property. This place is untrustworthy, and sneaky, and I WILL NOT be doing business with them again. I do not recommend them as a company. I suggest you seek other options or at the very minimum demand another Financing Company.
