I have used Mikhail@ Handlify three projects in last 6 months. They were in order of increasing complexity and difficulty. First was moving the electrical outlets about the laundry countertop to about 4'' higher from their current positions. Second, raising the laundry quartz countertop and installing the flooring in the kitchen. Mikail is very honest, skilled and detail oriented. He gave me a very reasonable quote, communicated clearly and showed up on time and did an incredible job. I feel very fortunate to have found him! When we bought our condo, it came with a washer and dryer. In the last couple of months, the W/D is starting to show its age. As i was researching the W/D to buy, it became apparent that, the new W/D were NOT going to fit in the current location due to the lower countertop over the W/D. I started looking for handymen companies to move the electrical outlets higher by 3-4''. Most were quoting outrageous amounts of money including fees to come take a look and provide an estimate and would NOT provide the estimate over the phone even with photos shared about the job needed. Mikhail was willing to provide the estimate, and an appointment to schedule the job. He was very honest in letting me know that he not a licensed electrician. He did a great job, that made me inquire about moving the countertop higher as the next job. That was an incredibly hard job, especially with removal and reinstall of super heavy quartz countertop, working nonstop for 7 hours to finish the job. As you can see, the new engineered flooring in the kitchen was impeccably finished. I am thrilled to have a lovely flooring than the pine subfloor that passed as kitchen floor. It took him 2 days to complete the job, including installing the trim, baseboards. He did the tough job of moving all the appliances in the kitchen, including the W/D. I am very happy and grateful for all the help Mikhail provided. I have been wanting to put new flooring in the kitchen for the last 12yrs!
