Michael is GREAT!!! As a woman, I'm always a bit nervous about being overcharged or being told "I need 1000000 other things fixed" because I don't really know what the issues are, but the prices were extremely reasonable and the service was 10/10. I needed a few things done - my toilet fixed (the water wasn't filling up), the sink/vanity was falling off of the wall in the bathroom, and my shower/sink water was not hot. He gave me a price estimate quickly after I reached out for the first two, and said the shower/sink he would need to take a look at. He was able to come the next day and even came early! He told me exactly what was wrong and exactly what he was going to do to fix it. For the hot water issue, he diagnosed it and explained what his suspicions were. I took him down to the water heater and he was able to point out what was likely the issue based on his knowledge and that we'd probably need a new water heater. Installing new water heaters was not his area of expertise/services, but having him still be able to partly diagnose that was helpful for when I called the plumber. Mikhail quickly identified a major issue with the original installation: the design was poorly executed, and the lights were installed in a way that made future repairs incredibly difficult. This is an updated review. Michael did a great job but had to leave without cleaning up entirely after he completed the job. My original review, which he saw, led him to call me and apologize for this oversight. Parking in my neighborhood is not easy. He explained that he was worried about getting a ticket at the metered parking spot some distance away and forgot to clean up the mess resulting from his work. One door was simple - he removed the plastic shims on the hinges and that was enough for it to close properly - but the other required chiseling out the frame, sanding the corner, and enlarging the hole on the strike plate. After assessing the problem, he went back to his car to pick up some additional tools, and got both fixed right away.
