My wife and I stayed here last night and will be here again this evening. This is our first time in Jackson Hole and were glad we started our vacation here. We came here before check in time yesterday and they were able to get us into our room early. The people at the front desk are wonderful. We asked about bear spray for hiking and they were happy to loan us a couple. We met Lee their maintenance manager yesterday and he is a walking encyclopedia of things to see and do and also the history of the area. He gave us a couple of maps and pointed out some great hikes we weren't aware of. He suggested using the free town bus to get around town with. Traffic is so bad and parking is at a premium so this was a great suggestion. This morning at breakfast he came by to see if there was anything we needed in our room and to chat about our upcoming day. He talked to everybody in the breakfast area. He's a gem that I hope management takes care of. He's a great ambassador for the Hampton and for the town. I would definitely recommend staying here. read more

I have to say this Hampton Inn really changed my perception of the hotel chain. I really don't stay in Hampton Inns very often, but my fiance does for work so we decided to try this one to save some money on our recent trip to Jackson Hole. I was impressed the moment we walked in by the modern, yet rustic decor (I mean, you're in Jackson so you've gotta have antlers). I really liked the furniture in their common areas as it all looked very updated. After we checked in, the guy at the front desk offered us our choice of free snacks to take to our room (bottle water, buffalo jerky, granola bars, etc) which I thought was nice. Our room was spacious with nice finishes. The bed was large and comfy (pillows were a little on the small side). The view wasn't great as we faced the Albertsons. But the noise level between rooms wasn't an issue throughout our entire stay which is always good. This hotel is located right by the Rendevous Bistro which we heard has excellent food, and you're right by the Albertsons which is super convenient to have a grocery store nearby. It's not located in the heart of town, but not a far drive by any means. read more

Another likeable Hampton Inn. The location is fairly convenient. It is about a mile or two from downtown Jackson Hole, approximately 20-30 minutes away from Grand Teton National Park area and stones throw from Albertsons. The facility itself is clean, well maintained and decorated to the current festivities. Like many other Hampton Inn, the interior decors features the local story/culture/treasure. This one is of course the nature, the Grand Teton and the western (cowboy) culture. The staff seemed friendly, the ammenities are typical -(breakfast included) dining area, whirlpool etc. Though I am unsure they provide shuttle to the JH airport. The room was adequate and the bathroom looks new or newly fitted with brass fixtures. Overall, we would stay here again. read more

A huge thank you to the staff at this hotel for making our boondoggle of a trip so much easier. We were forced to put down in Jackson due to icing and had to wait day-by-day to check out. The staff here were not only friendly, but extremely accommodating to our "play by the ear" situation. They provided tentative checkouts if we were able to fly (we weren't for three days), provided detergent & toiletries (we had no luggage with us), and were just all around friendly which helped ease out frustration. I'd highly recommend this location to any person looking for a great Hampton Inn experience. This spot may be a a bit out of downtown, but I'd forgo those hotels to stay here after the experience with this staff. Thank y'all so very much! read more

Quite a hefty pricetag per night for a Hampton Inn, but the rooms are spacious and they have firepits outside that you can sit around in adirondack chairs, which was a nice way to pass time on a chilly night enjoying the fresh outdoor air. read more

All went well until the hotel overbilled my card. Jennifer the assistant manager was rude. Lacked concerned and unwilling to make any effort to correct the manner. I even mentioned her rudeness. Her unprofessional immature "caddy nasty with a smile" attitude was blantently obvious. Such a shame. For this reason alone I would not recommend. read more

Great hotel for the price in Jackson. Liked the decor when i entered and the service was friendly. The furniture was modern and the smaller details seemed well thought out. They are near restaurants if one wants to walk to them. Breakfast was pretty good with everything you'd need. I didn't especially like the cheese and sausage bits mixed in the scrambled eggs but the bacon made up for that. read more

The desk clerk and hostesses were cordial and I appreciated that they minded their own business. I really enjoyed this Hampton. I usually stay at a Hampton Inn, but not all are this nice. read more

Great and clean hotel. Hospitable staff. Decent breakfast. No complaints. The front desk employee, Cali, was extremely accommodating and we appreciate her help. Hampton Inn has been pretty consistent in their level of support for us. This is a slight distance away from the Main Street strip of Jackson, but it's also half the cost of the hotels that are closer to Main Street. So I'd say it evens out. read more

To say this is a "nice" hotel is being very generous. It is sorely outdated, located behind an odd diner and in a non-walkable area of town. The walls are very thin and our room was a bit musty. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns all over the country for work and this is probably one of the most sad I have been to. The staff was very prompt to try and resolve some of our issues though. read more

I've stayed here several times and must say, this is a "10" in comparison to other Hampton Inns. Breakfast is always perfect and plentiful during their operating hours. Warm cookies served in the afternoon. Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always tidy and clean. Really, don't think twice if you are considering staying here. A new construction hotel. Nice room, with a gas fireplace. Nice touch. Lots of electric outlets for our 'stuff'. Very good bedding, tv, nice shower, quiet...best Hampton I have stayed in. Good work folks. I will return for sure. $229 per nite which is also the highest priced Hampton I have been in. They are new and do not have a dry cleaning/laundry arrangement set up yet with local agency. That needs attention soon...for my needs anyway. read more

Very new and very nice Hampton Inn. Rooms have microwave oven, small refrigerator, 37 inch flat screen TV, safe for valuables,coffee maker, and multiple electrical outlets. The TV unlike many hotels I stay at, channel changer doesn't have a long delay when changing channels. Front desk staff were very helpful. I actually arrived prior to normal check-in time. My room wasn't cleaned yet so she switched me to one that was ready. I will definitely be back to this Hampton Inn. The location was very conveniant as there is a bus stop located at the curb and a supermarket shopping center across the street within walking distance. Outside they have a fire pit to sit at. I saw a few folks reading books or just hanging outside. I am planning to return with my wife. read more

Best place to stay in Jackson Hole- bar none! Clean, stylish rooms, AMAZING staff, great breakfast selections. Don't stay anywhere else!

The hotel looks new and is kept very clean and the room looked the same. The continental breakfast was above average and had a larger variety of food than most places. They also always had free hot chocolate, coffee, and sometimes cookies available in the lobby. The only negatives were that there was never any ice in the ice machines and there were only two washers and two drivers in the hotel and there was usually a long line to use them. read more

We stayed in this hotel less than a week after it opened (some construction was still on-going). It is a beautiful hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. I can't wait to return someday and enjoy the patio outside with the fire pits. Foolishly, I left my computer in the hotel room. In working with the staff and the manager they were very professional and took the time to ship the bag to my home. If you are in the Jackson, Wy I definitely recommend a stay at this Hampton Inn. read more

A very nice place for the prices they have. The location is really good - there is Albertsons and Kmart close to it, a couple nice restaurants near and is pretty quiet for such a big hotel. The front desk staff helped us a lot and from the very beginning made our stay even more pleasantly. The lack of an outdoor pool is the only drawback I could find, but they've got a nice fireplace outside, which makes the environment even more comfortably in the evening. I've stayed in Hampton Inns for many years and it is my favorite chain of hotels to stay in and this one was no different. Hampton Inns are usually single large multi-story structures but this one is a three-story building. Check-in was surprisingly fast. They didn't need to see my AAA card; didn't ask for my vehicle information and the computer stuff was quick. There were fresh-baked chocolate-chip cookies and a water dispenser with lemons in it opposite the front desk. We were on the second floor and used the elevator to bring our stuff up but used the stairs afterwards. They have complementary coffee and tea near the lobby area - coffee and hot water in heated containers and tea and hot cocoa packets with cups so that you can make your own. They also have coffee-makers, packets and cups in the room. The room room was clean, comfortable (we got two queens for four adults) and quiet. The appliances were fairly new. The aisle walking back and forth in the room was a bit narrow so there's a little bumping into each other but that's because there's a lot of stuff in the rooms. Hot water was fine. They have two stone structures near the entrance and they run coal fires there in the evenings. There are chairs around the structures so that you can toast marshmellows or just chat around the fire at night when it's cold. It's walking distance to a very large Albertsons (supermarket) and walking distance (or an easy drive) to Dominoes, Pizza Hut, a Mexican place and many shops. There's a gas station (Sinclair) within half-a-mile. So it's very convenient to services. As someone else mentioned, the WiFi performance isn't the strongest but it was good enough for using Google Maps, doing email and some work. If you're dependent on internet service for working remotely, I recommend a tethering option with 4G LTE on your iPhone or iPad. I haven't tried the free breakfast yet but I'm sure that it's the typically good Hampton Inn fare. read more

I usually have a good impression about Hampton Inn. Every location that I've been too has never failed to disappoint me. staying here was a great experience. For 89$ a night, we had a beautiful room at a great location. There's a nice fire-pit outside that you can sit around and they have warm beverages all day in the lobby. The breakfast buffet next day was good too. They had everything from omelette, to eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages (these weren't good), waffles with all the toppings you can think of, oatmeal with toppings, fresh fruit, yogurt, a variety of cereal, breakfast pastries, toast, and bagels. The staff was attentive and polite. I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Jackson, WY. One negative about this place- the wi-fi wasn't high speed and the service was interrupted pretty much every 20 minutes or so. read more

The breakfast was pretty good, the bedrooms were very modern and nice. Coffee and water offered for a good part of the day. Nice little campfire things out front. Overall not too much to complain about. The night time manager was kind of a jagaloon but I'm not sure I blame him. It's not within walking distance of much really so that's something to note. Visited in the summer so I'm not sure about how it is in the winter. read more

The bench seat in my hotel room had feces on it. Literal human poo from some unknown person. My wife sat there multiple times to tie her shoes and ruined nearly $400 of clothing that we purchased specifically for this trip. When I complained, the supervisor (I think her name was Aly) promised a full refund and to move us rooms. 10 minutes later, she informs us that the General Manager, Kali A. Schott, refused to help us and that if we wanted any money back we would need to leave the hotel. They also refused to clean our ruined clothing, stating that we were welcome to use the self-serve laundry facility but would need to pay for it ourselves. While trying to take care of this, I missed out on a non-refundable $360 snowmobile rental. Kali Schott, the G.M. was not in the office that day, so we were given her number to call her. Dozens of calls later, she will still not answer and is clearly screening our calls. This horrible hotel left another guest's poop on their furniture, ruining my property, and refused to help. All I got out of this was major disrespect, ruined clothing, no place to stay, and missing out on an entire day of a very expensive and rare vacation. I will never return to a Hampton (or any Hilton property), and will do everything possible to ensure that others will not make the mistake of going here either. This staff is an absolute joke, and corporate would do well to fire them. read more

This Hampton Inn is clean and cozy. Our family of four had plenty of room in the 1 bedroom suite. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. When our plans had to change due to some weather, the Hampton happily accommodated us. We were so grateful. read more

Fairly typical Hampton inn, but much more expensive. Rooms a little smaller than average, understaffed for the August rush in Jackson. Nice location. Usually I rate Hampton Inns highly, but sadly can not do it this time, because it did not satisfy the most important reason we stay in a hotel. We could not sleep. There was a sickening lemony smell that permeated the room and the walls and floors were thin enough to allow the sounds from above to be significant through most of the night. If I were going back to Jackson, I'd try another place. read more

When we check in they said with free fast wifi, but the truth is wifi is slow and constantly out of service!

I don't understand all the good reviews for this place!! We had a "friends and family" rate because I have a relative that worked there. Our reservation was made months in advance. Was signed by the manager, everything was taken care of, we thought. When we arrived we were hassled by the young women at the desk from the beginning. She was rude, completely refused to even try to resolve our problem, which was: my relative had changed jobs about one month prior to our arrival. There was NO cooperation for our predicament. Even the manager (the next morning) simply said there was nothing he could do for us. So the four of us had to pay OVER $400 for one night. And honestly, not because of how we were treated, but the place is in terrible need of renovations. Carpet was dirty, room not very clean, there was NOTHING about this "hotel" that was good. If I could give it a -10 I would. read more

Rooms are very small. Breakfast foods were not at the correct temperatures. The staff was not very helpful. The fire pits were not operational and the hot tub was not clean. This is not your normal Hampton inn it does not meet the Hilton standard especially for the price of the rooms. read more

This is not the typical tan stucco Hampton Inn. It has a Jackson Hole vibe- and is very comfortable. Our room was nice too. The front desk staff is all very nice, and all of them have a can do attitude. It was a true pleasure to stay here. This was my first time in Jackson hole and This hotel sucks!!! Unprofessional staff!!! First night, staff was accommodating. Second night I was there, one of the staff members had hickeys all over his neck and wasn't very friendly. Last morning I was there hotel cleaning staff tried to enter my room two times before checkout. Hotel staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I checked out. I asked for taxi information, the female agent working that morning was rude and told me to pull the companies up online. I will never stay at this Hampton inn again. read more
