I drive up on a Saturday to transfer all his gear then head to a garage. Nick made a space for us in the schedule and took a look to see if we could get back to NJ. He was very reassuring even though the problem couldn't be fixed on Saturday. The repairs were completed quickly and I felt the costs were on target. If I lived in the area, this would be my regular garage.

(Also, please please PLEASE do NOT get auto insurance from allstate like I stupidly did!) Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.

Outstanding service -- truly above and beyond!…read more This is my second time using Autoworks of Westville Auto Body, and once again they completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, speed, and professionalism. They coordinated everything -- from booking my rental car to drop-off when my repairs were complete -- making the whole process smooth and stress-free after my collision. It's rare to find a family-owned business that feels this personal and still runs so efficiently. A special shout-out to Ashley, who I've worked with both times. She's amazing -- quick to reply to emails, genuinely kind in person, and always knows exactly what needs to happen next. If you're looking for an auto body shop that treats you like family and delivers top-quality results every single time, Autoworks of Westville is the place to go. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

Wrenchrite is a wonderful alternative to Premier in Branford. I have two Subarus and they both go…read morethere. There are pros and cons for each I guess. Premier has customer courtesy cars and several staff. Of course it's a dealership so you will pay an a lot more. At Premier, they charge $200 just to look at your car for anything other than routine maintenance (even for warrantee service). I know they are highly rated, but that just makes me not want to go there. The folks at wrench rite are super knowledgeable about my Subarus, charge what I would consider to be a fair price over Premier. It's a family business who I'd rather give my money to anyway. It's a smaller shop with a tight parking lot. Hopefully they can expand it someday.

Their office even offered to help contact our insurance provider to ensure the claim was processed smoothly. Compassionate and respectful: Dealing with the emotional toll of the accident was hard on my son, but the staff were patient, empathetic, and always professional--treating us like people, not just another job. Efficient and thorough: They inspected the vehicle carefully, identified every issue related to the accident, and kept us updated on repair progress.
