Best kept secret in Auto Repair! I'm almost holding back because I don't want them to get so busy…read morethey can't fit me in! Honest and Fair, always spot on with estimates, never try to Jack up the repair costs like some do! Like on my gas tank replacement they didn't try to add on unneeded things like a new fuel gauge and straps, when the ones I have are fine. Can handle bigger vans, (some small ships can't) don't mind working on old beaters, like mine, but also very skilled at classic and collectable cars and I always see some interesting models in their lot being worked on. Like I said, best kept secret!

This new company is like the rest of them, Out to grab all the money they can out of you! Won't come clean if their tech makes a mistake and doesn't tighten down a bolt to the recommended torque! They hide behind their mistakes and blame the repair on a bad part and charge you for their errors! Ibb's wouldn't do that! They were honest and respectable! I don't believe these new owners have A.S.E. certified techs either! I am pretty sure they don't ! Didn't see certifications for each individual tech. They have one person certified then They let newbies or backyard style mechanics work on your vehicle. You can't see who's actually working on your car at this place, I wonder why! I never had an issue with IBB's now I do with this new company!

I shipped my 2010 Ford Ranger XLT here because of it's high milage to avoid any possible breakdown on the 3,000+ mile drive here. One evening while filling her up, another patron was commenting on what beautiful shape my truck was in and I mentioned that I was looking to get it undercoated before winter set in, and he directed me to M&M Motors for that, as well as anything else I might need 'cause the shop is the best in the area. Long story short and after reading all the 5-star reviews on YELP! I went in and spoke to "Mack", one of the 2 owners about my pride and joy. That was about a year ago, and I have to say, that this shop is one of [if not] the very best all around mechanical repair shop i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in the 65+ years I've been driving every sort of automobile you can imagine. Mack and his brother Mike, and their crew have fulfilled my every need and are just the best in every sense of the word when it comes to everything automotive . . . I DO NOT EXAGERATE ! ! ! And, as a matter of fact, They also operate a totally legitimate used car business across the street from the repair shop, catering to the general public and their own clientele. There is not enough room on this YELP page to even begin to describe what these people can and will do to effect any repair you need, or find the automobile of your dreams. They conduct their business, and themselves by what I call the "3-R"s . . . Reliable, Responsible, and Reasonable!!! P.S. This year I purchased an absolutely beautiful 2020 Volvo XC60 SUV for my wife from M&M Motors. (Which she loves.) We couldn't be happier.

Took it to Toyota last week for a routine service and told them we heard a funny noise coming from the car as we were driving. After examing the car, they had a diagnosis: we needed four new tires (approx $950) and a COMPLETE replacement of the ENTIRE exhaust system, as a pipe was somehow bent and impairing something else. That added up to another $2,300. We asked around, and from the high recommendations we received for Hammonasset Service Station, we took it there. Rich looked at the car right away. He said it needed TWO tires, not four, and could not find ANYTHING WRONG with the exhaust system! Thank you and hello to Hammonasset Service Station. Goodbye, Westbrook Toyota.
