These guys are the epitome of used car salesman they are grimy, untruthful and outright rude. Purchased a Lexus from them they lied to me and told me that it was never in an accident, after purchasing I then found out it was in a major accident and had the front end replaced with aftermarket parts virtually making it no longer a Lexus. (Which they did the bodywork). They also cleared all of the lights on the dashboard just enough to get me a couple miles down the road before popping up. Then the tie rod was completely worn out to the point you could barely turn the car. The spare tire they gave me with the car was completely shot and had cracks all along it. They were unfriendly throughout the entire process and the fat guy behind the desk was rarely ever in. I would NEVER recommend buying a car from these guys. read more

I brought my car into J & E about a month ago. My car is a little Nissan Versa, and it was hit from behind, it got all messed up. The insurance company wanted to bring me to there auto body place and my boyfriends mother suggested that I try them! So when we called they were so nice and very honest with me about everything, and so certain that they can get the job done way better then that insurance company (seeing as the insurance is only really in it for themselves). Going to J & E I could tell how genuine they were.. the staff there talked to me for quite sometime to make sure I knew everything that was going on. They kept me up to date and called me to let me know how the cars progress was going. They knew that I was using a rental and paying 20$ extra a day for the insurance so they told me that they would try and hurry it up! They finished my car a day early, let me drop the rental off to them and they brought it back. Not only that but they also talked to the insurance company and enterprise to make everything easier on me. So awesome lol. So showing up to the shop my car literally looked sparkling new! They even cleaned the inside of the car for me! (my car on the inside was quite a mess, moving from CO to CT and also moving from my BF's to a new home lol.) I couldn't believe how great the car looked, and how fast they had gotten it done! I offered to tip him and he said that he know's I'm going through alot, and that I was trying to save up and get my own place and not to worry about it. I thought that was very kind and helpful of him too. They seriously are very nice and very professional, and for sure know what they are doing! I bought a car from j and e a few months back, I've bought used cars in the past from other places and they use the "once off the lot not my problem " rule. This place is not the case, ever since I've had my car they have done things for me that they didn't need to do, they did them to keep me a satisfied customer. It's been well over a month and Danny (one of the owners) have fixed every minor thing, from a little chip of paint repainted, to tints and even after my warranty was up my hatch didn't open, they replaced the laches (brand new) all for free, to keep me happy. The car also runs great! They even promised me my first oil change on them. I'm not just happy I bought a car from them I'm happy I now have a place I can take my car if anything would happen to it to get fixed, I trust them. Great place.
