My experience has always been very positive, without any attempt to upsell me on unnecessary work - which is often the case at other dealer service departments. My service rep, Luke, was forthright, and explained to me that in addition to my oil change and general checkup, he suggested I change the cabin filter but told me it wasn't immediately necessary. I went along with that and paid a very reasonable price. Luke also mentioned some other filter but said that was something that could be addressed in the future. I really felt like Luke had my back, and my impression is that his honesty and clarity was representative of the dealership as a whole. Bottom line? I left feeling cared for and confident my truck was in the best of hands.

Out of the over half a dozen shops I called, these guys were the only ones willing to replace my alternator and get me back on the road that evening. They towed me from the rest area to the their shop, and had me out of there within 3 hours. The work was good and the charges were reasonable, with no complaints from them about staying open after-hours on a Sunday. Only note to make is this shop is cash only, but their receptionist drove me to a local store to use the ATM. Thank you again to both mechanics and I highly recommend their shop if you're in a jam.

When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. While setting up the appointment, the system even takes a minute to "verify" the car is still in stock. So we show up at the appointment time. No one is there to meet us. We wait 15 minutes before a salesman comes by and says someone will be right with us. We said we had an appointment. Really? Apparently no one was even expecting us. Soon after, a saleswoman came over and told us the car had been sold just that morning. I was incredulous -- it really sold in just 4 hours? But fine. We said what kind of car we were looking for and they said they had plenty. After about 10 minutes she passed us off onto another salesperson. He started asking about what we were currently driving, whether we were going to trade it in, do we want to finance or lease. Every few minutes he would get up to "check on something", leaving us waiting inexplicably. Then he'd come back and ask more questions about financing and wanting the VIN of our car so they could do the appraisal. We kept saying we wanted to see a car, we're not going to talk about financing if we don't even know what car we're considering. He never explained why he was stalling so much, but it definitely felt like stalling. It had been over an HOUR and we were never shown a single car, and I mean not even a car on the computer screen. So the next time the guy got up, we just left. Enough wasting our time. Tough for them, because I bought a car the next business day, no problem, from a dealer that wasn't shifty like this one.
