Have been taking my cars to Post Parkway Garage, Milford, Ct. for years and will continue to do so…read more Why? because Tony (owner) and his mechanics are the best. I have never been disappointed with their service, knowledge, politeness, really interested in my auto problems as I am elderly and disabled. Price is always very reasonable, work top shelf. They do not do a lot of unnecessary things and charge you, if it is something that doesn't need to be done immediately he will say so and let you make the decision. Cannot always get response on phone because he is probably under, in, on top of your car. Keep trying he will get back to you. Am driving a 1999 Lincoln, asked him if I should trade it in and get a newer model, he said it is running fine now, in essence IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT. Other place namely LINCOLN DEALERSHIP gave me such a run around, made my window mechanism not work, told me they had some plastic, Will never take my car anywhere else. I would give them 10 RED STARS thank you R.M.Simone

They replaced the Rack and Pin. Assbly. along with two power steering hose. They also made a recommendation that a gasket and oil pan needed to be replaced. I drove it 8 miles and when I pulled into the Driveway smoke was coming out of the hood. About a 1.5 years ago I had a problem with the drivers seat not latching and staying upright. Tech Auto was recommended and Todd had it looked at and fixed it and didn't charge me anything. So when I had this problem with the smoke I had the car towed in. Todd told me the two power steering hoses were installed incorrectly and fixed that along with replacing all the power steering fluid. He also replaced an oil pressure switch which was wear the oil was coming from not a gasket or the oil pan. The radiator cap was missing and they found it down in the engine and replaced the coolant which was wear the smoke was coming from. I will never take my car anywhere else but to Tech Auto.
