I cannot overestimate how impressed I was with the quality of workmanship and service the Teddy's Auto Body crew did in turning my badly storm damaged Toyota sedan into looking almost showroom new. Alex was a delight to work with, and Walter and the paint guys did a genuinely masterful job. And beyond that, they added several extra touches they didn't need to (e.g., sanding and clear coat ing the headlamps, painting an undamaged area to assure a perfect match, etc.) They really went the extra mile - on their own dime no less- and for which I am truly grateful. REVIEW Teddys auto body shop gave me an estimate of $1300-$1500 to fix a dent in my front bumper. This was $400-$600 MORE than another shop I went to but, I chose TEDDYS because I had work done years ago without issue. The manager told me my car would be ready "NO LATER than Tuesday 10/31." I called the day it was supposed to be ready and the manager changed the date to Thursday 11/2. When I brought up the fact that he told me NO LATER THAN Tuesday, he proceeded to tell me "thats the timeline." no apology, no explanation, no sympathy for what I may have going on. Still, I waited patiently because I understand life and deadlines... Update: Called 11/2 @1530. Manager stated they were assembling my bumper and he would give me a call back when they're done. Its is now 2130 and have yet to receive a call back. Update: My car was finally ready and picked up on 11/3. The bumper is beautiful. The bumper molding wasn't replaced as quoted in estimate but, I wont make a huge fuss because I was able to order it online for $30. The total was just under $1300 which I was grateful for. Although the work was quality, I will not utilize their business again just because I feel like the manager was unsympathetic, dishonest and lacked communication skills. Update: I opened my trunk on 11/6 and theres is a long rubber strip back there. What is it? Oh. The rubber seal that goes between the hood and front bumper. Why is it in my trunk then? NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE/RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

My pickup was involved in a head on accident Nov 30, 23. It went to Teddys as a recommended repair shop for my insurance company. They had to wait for a backordered part for a month which I understood. When I finally recieved the truck in March I drove it home and immediately noticed the steering wheel 45 degrees off center, the AC did not work ( no refrigerant in the system), one headlight was pointing up, and there was a strange smell. I brought it back. They took care of everything but the smell which was worse. It went back. I was called a week later to say it was all set. When I went to pick it up on a sunny day the smell was so bad I couldnt drive it. Again they took it and called a week later it was all set. The smell was so bad I had to drive home with all windows open. It then went to North Haven Auto Body which stripped the entire interior due to mole spores. Teddys was paid almost $19k . North Haven Auto Body wanted $18 more for a new interior. This was all due to a rear window that was broken while at Teddys. The truck was finally totaled June 2024. Be careful if you use Teddys. They were easy to get in touch with to ask any questions and everyone was very nice. These guys REALLY know how to do it. They saved my college finals week. I came in on a Friday when they were overrun with customers, with a bad accident on my back fender. They not only managed to fit me in so i'd have the car back by the time my college finals week started but they did a really sick job blending and surfacing the panels back to brand new with no bondo, just SKILL. All other shops were full and i took a chance with Teddy's and it paid off and i got my car back in time to drive to school. Guys are nice and didn't treat me like some young kid with a sports car. Showed me an explicit list of all the work they'd be doing before they asked for approval Front office is clean and they returned the car fully washed. 5 stars read more

brought my car to this place and they did a horrible job , my car was broken into and they were recommended by my insurance company and the job they did was horrible . my husband brought it back and they said the trouble I was having had nothing to due with the break in which was not true because my mechanic said it had everything to due with the break in and they told us in the beginning there work was lifetime warranty which was not true . Took car here for repair Sept 2022, got the car back at the end of the month only for ABS sensor to fly off while driving (they never assumed responsibility for that) and my bumper came off as well. Returned to Teddys the following day and they said the clips are broken and they would order the parts needed (parts originally needed to fix car) Teddys never fixed my car and just reattached the bumper using zip ties (unknown to me) and never fixed the abs sensor as well . Was told they would order parts and would call me. Never called me and I continuously called them while they gave me the run around. Months later, Bumper flew off while driving on the highway again and they claim I hit something instead of assuming responsibility for scamming me and my insurance company out of 3k. Tying up cars with zip ties doesn't fix the problem Teddy's and y'all need to shut down for scams. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO TEDDYS THEY WILL SCAM YOU INSURANCE AND ZIP TIE YOUR CAR AND CALL IT FIXED.. These people are incompetent. It took them three weeks to replace the driver door damaged in an accident. After picking up the car, however, we found out that the air bag light is on. It turns out that they had forgotten to reset the system after unplugging and replugging the airbags This basically ruined my next day as I We had to wait half a day for them to fix the problem. It is unconscionable that they would not test this basic thing before telling us that the car is ready for pickup. Message: Stay away unless you have to use their service. read more

When I first drove by, I was a little concerned because the shop seemed so clean. It was like, do they do any business? Then I thought, it shows the quality of their work. I have to say that Teddy's did a wonderful job on my car. It looks, and runs, better than ever. After my front end collision I didn't think my car would ever get back to its original state. Boy was I surprised when I picked up my Honda CR-V looking brand new. It was absolutely prestine, and like another reviewer mentioned, the paint job was impeccable. The exterior was super smooth and glossy, you could tell the shop actually took the time and effort to make the car look its best. On top of that, I feel like my car is running better than before the accident! The manager is also very friendly and seems to care about the satisfaction of the customers. Did I mention how clean the front office was? You wouldn't even know the place was a repair shop if you hadn't looked at the signs! I am a very picky automotive hobbyist who is pretty well-educated in paint and body. Teddy's did the best panel paint repair on my mother's metallic green honda that I have ever personally seen on a collision repair job. Usually when people tell me their paint repairs are perfect I am let down when I see it in person, but this is an exception, the color match, blend, and texture of the clear coat compared to the rest of the oe paint matches beautifully. Teddy's"s have a relationship with my insurance which is how I connected with Teddy's. My car went into the shop to be repaired in January and was not returned to me until about a month or so later. Although the body work that they did was good they did some other repairs non related to the accident. They "supposedly" installed a sub frame, steer rack, tire rod etc. the cost was reasonable so I went with it. Long story short I got my car back and for a second it was looking good but it was driving very bad I went back to Teddy's in March and received the worse treatment possible the guys didn't want to take responsibility for their work, giving me the run around etc. I finally took my car to another shop In March and they informed me that there was no way possible that they installed any new things into my car and if they did it was done wrong. Its July 25th and my car is now at a new shop with the same issues and they too said the previous work done was so bad that they had to weld on my car to keep it bolted down. Teddy's has paid for new parts and is supposed to also be paying for the work its been two weeks without a car and now Teddy's is giving the shop a hard time with providing the funds. I will be calling them in a few but had to write this review because the way they handled this particular situation was bad and the best excuse they could offer me was, "Well we are not mechanics," so why and the heck would you do any work besides auto body.
