Kevin's let me do an overnight drop off so I could get to work on time while they did the estimate. The result: a quote almost $150 LESS and the entire repair was done in the same day!!!! These guys know customer service. The work was top-notch, super friendly staff, and very clean shop. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, speed, and professionalism. They coordinated everything -- from booking my rental car to drop-off when my repairs were complete -- making the whole process smooth and stress-free after my collision. It's rare to find a family-owned business that feels this personal and still runs so efficiently. A special shout-out to Ashley, who I've worked with both times. She's amazing -- quick to reply to emails, genuinely kind in person, and always knows exactly what needs to happen next. If you're looking for an auto body shop that treats you like family and delivers top-quality results every single time, Autoworks of Westville is the place to go. The casing of one of my taillights was completely broken and I was concerned about it getting wet if it rained and shorting out the turn signal and brake light. It was such a kind gesture and made me stop worrying about the potential for electrical damage. The work they did is absolute perfection...you would never be able to tell that it was in an accident and the actual cost was the same as the quote they had given me at the start and in the promised time frame. We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
