Because of my crap insurance being…read moreallstate, I was warned that not only are they awful with paying repair bills and negotiating but I would be paying more than my deductible, which I could not stomach. (Also, please please PLEASE do NOT get auto insurance from allstate like I stupidly did!) Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.

Outstanding service -- truly above and beyond!…read more This is my second time using Autoworks of Westville Auto Body, and once again they completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, speed, and professionalism. They coordinated everything -- from booking my rental car to drop-off when my repairs were complete -- making the whole process smooth and stress-free after my collision. It's rare to find a family-owned business that feels this personal and still runs so efficiently. A special shout-out to Ashley, who I've worked with both times. She's amazing -- quick to reply to emails, genuinely kind in person, and always knows exactly what needs to happen next. If you're looking for an auto body shop that treats you like family and delivers top-quality results every single time, Autoworks of Westville is the place to go. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

I asked for a recommendation of a body shop from my very trusted mechanic and he instantly recommended Hamden Auto Body. I can't say enough good things about the shop and staff at Hamden Auto Body. They made the process of getting my pretty little car back to looking brand new easy and mostly painless. The worked with me and my insurance company and kept me informed the entire way. Joe and everyone at the office were professional, pleasant, friendly and kind. They even picked me up (I live in town) to give me a ride to the shop to pick up my car. And, I was so pleased to see that not only were the dents and scratches fixed, but the car's interior had been detailed as well. The car looks like the day I picked it up at the dealership. Thanks Hamden Auto Body!

Scott, one of the…read moreowners, was very professional but friendly when I bought my car in for an estimate after I was hit in a parking lot. The casing of one of my taillights was completely broken and I was concerned about it getting wet if it rained and shorting out the turn signal and brake light. I mentioned this to Scott after he told me it would take about a week to get in for the repair and he immediately offered to cover it for me with a self-sticking plastic that they use for broken windshields. It was such a kind gesture and made me stop worrying about the potential for electrical damage. The work they did is absolute perfection...you would never be able to tell that it was in an accident and the actual cost was the same as the quote they had given me at the start and in the promised time frame. I highly, highly recommend Coachworks for making my car as good as new. Thank you!
