I found the perfect Anniversary present for my wife!…read more Three years ago my wife's CRV got hit in a parking lot and damaged the passenger side of her rear bumper. The only damage was to the rear hatch, the paint on the bumper cover and that the bumper cover had been dented deeply and popped out of the seam of the rear quarter panel. I tried and failed to get the dent out of the bumper cover and for the life of me I couldn't get it to pop back in along the quarter panel seam. We have a high deductible on my wife's car because she hardly ever gets into accidents, so the repair never happened. It has bugged my wife for years. She walks out to her new-looking CRV and has to see that damn passenger side rear bumper every day. Mark at Giovanni's did a ton of work to my Pilot when i got hit in the rear and it came out great, so i figured I'd bring my wife's CRV down to see what Mark had to say about my options for getting it fixed. I told him about the problem with the costs and he told me he would be able to work within my budget to get it repaired They were able to get the huge dent out of the bumper cover, get it secured back in the quarter panel seam and fix a problem the accident had caused with the rear hatch (which is now finally closing properly for the first time in 3 years) and they were even able to paint the part of the bumper that had taken the hit which wasn't originally part of the repair because i was worried it was going to be too expensive. They did it all with out maxing out my budget and had it done early enough that I had plenty of time to get it home before she got back home from her trip. As far as Anniversary presents go, this was my best one yet for my wife. She has mentioned how happy she is not to have to look at that damn popped out bumper at least once or twice every week since Giovanni's did the work. Best money I've spent in a while. Thanks Mark!

Only updates I got were when I…read morecalled on the "ready by" date and got the new "ready by" date. was told to make an appointment with Tesla to complete the repair but they never brought the car to Tesla. I only found out the car didn't show up at Tesla from Tesla. Was told by Giovanni that Tesla would have taken 3 days to complete. Tesla told me one. they kept the car another week after Tesla would have completed. Car was cleaned but small details that work was done remain. They gave me 100.00 off but I was losing 600.00 a week on my rental.
