I knew this right when he started painting without cleaning the area. Not to mention he did the repair in the rain and it completely ruined the clear coat. Anyone knows that paint and water don't mix. He also promised me that he will be back to fix his mistake, but instead just blocks my texts and calls. See the before and after pictures. He also let his amateur cousin work on the repairs who is "learning". Not to mention that he left me with a trash bin full of his trash from other jobs. I write YELP reviews so I trust other reviewers to give thorough and honest opinions. As soon as I got the estimate I read the reviews. Seeing 5 star ratings and reading what other customers had to say, convinced me that I didn't need to "shop around". We called Bob immediately to give him the "green light" to proceed with the job of replacing our bumper. The parts were ordered promptly and when it arrived, we brought the car in. A day and a half later, I came home with my beautiful 2012 RAV4 that looked as good as new. I was so happy that I just had to let other Yelp readers know about my wonderful experience. To Yelp readers, I will say that I am extremely impressed by the service I received from Bob's Collision Center and the price was very reasonable, too.

Other repair shops told me that they would need to source a used part (new part no longer available), cut out the section between the headlights, then weld the used part into place. Well, I didn't want a used part (probably rusty) on my car. Bob's was the only shop that said they could repair the damage without requiring a used donor part. The results exceeded my high expectations - the repair is perfect in every way (see the before and after photos). This week, Bob replaced/repainted a rear bumper cap on my Infiniti. His estimate was right in line with other shops (actually a little less), and once again, the repair is perfect. I'm not planning to have an accident any time soon, but if I do, Bob's Collision Center is my go-to shop. With fair pricing, meticulous attention to detail, courteous service, and expert repair, why would I look elsewhere?
