If you aren't a parent, you may not fully appreciate what two young children are capable of doing to the back of a car throughout a cross-country drive. This place had erry'thing - hand wipes, gallons of water, car detailing wipes, even those old Choward's violet mints from the 1930's. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating and we were able to undo a thousand miles worth of sticky hands, crumbs and splashed juice in a short period of time. If we were local we would be in here all the time.

The women's bathroom was clean and I loved that it had exfoliating hand wash, something you never see. My husband said the men's bathroom was gross, however. Yelp will not let people write a review for the Costco Gas station at this location (which is not particularly close to the actual store). I did successfully create a 'new' entry, and even got the confirmation email from Yelp stating it was approved. But as I am writing this, I noticed that they moved my review to the Costco Wholesale nearby...I wonder why that is the case...just continuing to learn the 'quirks' of Yelp. In terms of the experience to fill up our rental car, this location has 3 islands with two pumps each, for a total of 12 nozzles (cars filling up concurrently). It just must not get THAT busy here, since the waiting area can support 3 cars waiting in each of the 6 queues. It also helps a lot that the pumps are far from the main store, keeping the gas station traffic separate from the store's...google maps will take you right there. It's a lot better set-up than our normal stops in California. When we got there, the line was 2 cars deep and we were in/out quickly (used the one-tap citi cc to validate membership and pay). Probably too quick since we had to pass the car in front of us who finished filling up before us, but inexplicably did not drive off for a bit, messing up the cadence of the cars.

There's birdseed and adult male diapers, My old lady wears diapers too and they have a huge box that's her size. They have hand lotion and freshly spit-roasted chickens. So i decided to drive my broken car home instead, HOWEVER, my key decided to break in half when I tried to turn on my car. I found myself stranded here for a long time, the owner and his colleagues were super helpful. My car was blocking the area where they receive their fuel and I managed to prevent them from getting a shipment in for the day. I am surprised they didn't kill me, never-mind help me. So, heres to you Milford CT mobil station! Every time I stop by the staff is always so nice & friendly! All smiles & good vibes! Like did they take a "How to Be Nice 101" course. I was having trouble w/ their gas pump & 1 of the employees came out w/o me having to ask & helped me. Now that's customer service! I was ready to nominate him for employee of the month. Inside is always clean & spotless like if they were expecting the President to stop by for a Coke. Even the bathrooms are sparkling which is rare. Most gas stations restrooms look like a scene out of a horror movie.
