This isn't the first time Joe has helped me out on short notice, by the way. He always does his best to get you scheduled and your car repaired as soon as possible. He also has good mechanics working for him, so the work gets done right. This shop also provides loaner cars if needed, which is a rare thing these days. I didn't need one because I had nowhere to go anyway, but I was repeatedly offered one. In a nutshell, highly recommended.

Deeply concerned, appropriately apologetic and mortified, Van Kleeck's hustled out and took care of all repairs and costs. We continued to use them out of loyalty and appreciation for years of great service, but reminded them every time to please be sure that all the tires were tightened securely. Well, it happened again this past year! Thankfully, my wife and son called me to report a worsening loud noise at highway speeds. They pulled over immediately and were able to tighten the front tire securely and avoid it coming off...at highway speed, they could have been killed.
