Milt and his crew found some time to not only diagnose the problem (two rubbng hoses put a hole in one), but to repair the problem. Same day! Was told he wouldn't work on it and to have it towed away to another shop citing that there were "too many cars in line" "people are always calling and interrupting me while I'm working". I'm not one to write reviews but I felt it was absolutely necessary this time. Ed is in charge of the shop and I spoke to him many times and it always felt like he was just trying to rush off the phone or just convince me to get more repairs so they could make more money. He uses fear tactics as well as high pressure sales tactics to convince customers to spend more money. I took my car here because it would not start. They told me that I needed to get my engine replaced because one of my piston rings was worn and leaking oil into combustion chamber. They told me it would be $6,789 to fix. I took it to a new mechanic to get a second opinion. The new mechanic told me that my car was fine and that I just flooded the engine and to make sure I warm up my car for at least 10 min before driving but otherwise it was fine and I can come pick it up. Needless to say I will no longer be going to Monro Auto and I suggest you do the same.
