They charged for an hour of labor for a "200k checkup" which when pressed entailed "checking brakes and fluid levels". Another scam because the fluid levels were supposed to be part of the oil change - again, Jiffy Lube includes it. Total sham place that sells itself as a 'down home good ole earnest mechanics shop', but in the end it was exactly the sort of place to avoid. Watch out.

Deeply concerned, appropriately apologetic and mortified, Van Kleeck's hustled out and took care of all repairs and costs. We continued to use them out of loyalty and appreciation for years of great service, but reminded them every time to please be sure that all the tires were tightened securely. Well, it happened again this past year! Thankfully, my wife and son called me to report a worsening loud noise at highway speeds. They pulled over immediately and were able to tighten the front tire securely and avoid it coming off...at highway speed, they could have been killed. I'd caution anyone using their services to check the tire lug nuts themselves at the very least. We won't be using them again.

In July, she began having problems with the shifter know, and was literally locked out of being able to drive the vehicle on several occasions. On Monday of this week, my daughter had to have the $22,000 vehicle towed from the parking lot of her job after working a 12 hour shift First, Romeo told her that they did not have to proper equipment to diagnose the issue. Upon sending the Jeep over to a dealership that is specific to that brand, they diagnosed it with having "electrical issues". So almost a week later, Romeo still has not offered Savannah a rental vehicle or a resolution to this issue! Zero stars!!!!​​
