This place is full of regulars, and it's easy to see why. The beer is cheap, the food is pretty darn good, and the TVs are plenty. I can usually find a spot at the bar even on Saturday night. The happy hour specials are the best though. Monday is $5 pizza night and Yuengling is usually about $2 for a draft. This place rocks! Everything is great about Hamilton's Pub and it keeps getting better. They've spent a lot of money improving the place as well as their menu this year. I love the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the people, the service, all the flatscreen TVs, the music - everything! I have been here a ton of times, and have always had great service all around. I was here the Wednesday after Christmas, and I was appalled by the service I received. I understand being busy, I was a server for 15 years, but it took over an hour just to get another beer, my food was cold, and then it took 45 min to receive my check after I asked for it. I went here after buying a gift certificate from restaurant.com. I'd been hesitant to go due to the mixed reviews. After visiting for myself I wish it hadn't taken me so long and can't wait to go back! They're prices are super cheap so my husband and I had to order about 7 menu items to total the mandatory $35 minimum to use the certificate. I would have changed one or two things in dishes, but I no issues with the flavor or the portions and as everyone tells me, I am a very picky eater. The menu gives such a variety. The service was good and prompt. She wasn't give us backflips and cartwheels, but the server was courteous and very good. Typical pub food. Pizza isn't really anything to write home about. The highlight is that they have a ton of big TVs with all the sports channels. If you need a great sports bar where you can get a beer and average food, this is your place. read more

So, we came for dinner and for Monday night football, wearing all Bears gear mind you and sat our butts right in front of the main TV. But apparently that wasn't enough to signal to the bartender we were there to watch the football game. Because apparently it's more important to appease the idiots (who clearly are regulars) that just walked in demanding to watch the Reds baseball game. Despite who you route for, the people that have been there for an hour and half should take precedent over people who just walked in demanding the TV channels be changed and the volume be turned off. Let's not forget the bartender who huffed and puffed throughout the entire exchange. The least she could've done is ask if we minded that she change the channel. But nope. It's too bad bc the first bartender was awesome. This one however, wasn't. So all and all, if you're not a regular or a guy, what you want to watch is irrelevant. So go somewhere else. read more

This is a nice little neighborhood bar, good place to watch a game, but stick to beer. I ordered an HP Margarita and I'm almost certain it had no alcohol in it, and it cost $8 - during Happy Hour. Went to check out biker night, you could enter a drawing for a free bike. Nice selection of beers. They had a small group of guys playing decent music on the patio. Comfortable place to have a beer and relax after work. It wasn't very crowded the night I went. read more

Nothing wrong with this. I went during an off-time (Wednesday evening), so it wasn't super busy, but I could see how it could get that way. It's not a big place, and the parking lot is always packed on weekends. We had some beers, shared some apps, none of which were real memorable, but good standard bar fare. They have good TV positioning for the seating available, so I can see this would be a good place to go watch a game. It's a decent bar, I'd go and get a drink there no worries. read more

Sadly, I found Hamilton's pub to be a less than mediocre little pub. An average drink selection, boring food and lackluster service will not have me returning anytime soon. This is a pub with a great vibe -- not quite like Cheers, but close! The noise level is medium, great TV options, and friendly service. The Impossible Burger is terrific, best with a traditional bun rather than the menu option of a gluten free bun. Love the fries. Cheese curds -- not so much. read more

Never go to this place again! My wife and another couple were there for a few drinks and dinner. Some random guy came up and punched my friend below the mid-section for no reason. We were upset and the bartender was telling us that the guy that punched my friend and his buddy get preferred treatment since they are regulars! What kind of establishment is this!! Kind of a dive bar. Food was great the service was less than mediocre. Drinks were okay but water down a little bit

The food here was very good. Went for wing Wednesday and got some apps and beers. No complaints on that. HOWEVER, service was terrible. Took 30 minutes and hunting the server down to get our order taken. Waters were never refilled and were asked for twice. Apps came at same time as meal. Had to hound the server just to order beer. Premal was server. I would've loved to come back to this place but refuse to with this kind of service read more

This review to express our recent visit to this pub. We have ordered chicken wings and when we got it came as cold wings. I felt like it was taken out from the freezer and put some hot sauce. Hamiltons Pub workers are all very friendly and attentive. Our drinks are never empty, as well as the food always being fresh and delicious! We had Ryan as our server tonight and he was especially outgoing and didn't miss a detail. We will be back to see him for sure! Megan was behind the bar and also on top of her game. It was very busy but this staff kept everything together in an organized fashion. I am so happy that this is close to our home so we can visit as often as possible! Fantastic food- great service!
