I even showed the employee exactly how the order appeared in the app. They then added the cheese. I went home again, ready to finally eat my own Double Charburger with portobello mushrooms, only to open it and realize mine had NO lettuce, tomato, or onion. ‍ At that point I was genuinely confused about what was going on. To make things even more confusing, there was also an extra order of green beans in our bag that we didn't order. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, and I've always enjoyed The Habit. But having multiple things wrong with one order, driving all the way back to have one burger corrected, and then getting home for the second time only to discover that my own burger was also made incorrectly was really disappointing. Their breakfast burritos are some of the best in town. I can't get over how large they are- I split it between two meals.
