My experience with Dr. Suarez was one of compassionate and impeccable care! She was called in by the student treating me. Her level of care is truly above and beyond anything I expected. I asked about pricing for whitening service YEARS ago, and was given a quote. I had dental coverage at the time that would cover teeth whitening. As this is a rare offering I said I would only go through with the service if they could get it covered and authorized by my insurance. I sent emails to the front desk staff and left multiple voicemails years ago the first time they sent me a fraudulent statement. There is no date of service even reflected on these statements nor any detail of services rendered. This is fraud and I don't know why I can't get a single call back from his office or response.
