My experience with Dr. Suarez was one of compassionate and impeccable care! She was called in by the student treating me. Her level of care is truly above and beyond anything I expected. I asked about pricing for whitening service YEARS ago, and was given a quote. I had dental coverage at the time that would cover teeth whitening. As this is a rare offering I said I would only go through with the service if they could get it covered and authorized by my insurance. They could not get the authorization, so I denied the services, and I have not been back sense as I didn't have the best experience prior to this. I sent emails to the front desk staff and left multiple voicemails years ago the first time they sent me a fraudulent statement. There is no date of service even reflected on these statements nor any detail of services rendered. This is fraud and I don't know why I can't get a single call back from his office or response. Additionally when I got invisaline here (which I didn't actually need I was just being a perfectionist and offering it to me was predatory) the dentist over shaved my teeth so I now have bigger gaps on the right side of my mouth. Getting fake bills years later adds insult to injury. .
