I've been looking for a holistic practitioner who doesn't use fluoride or harsh chemicals in the products they use. I stumbled upon Elite Smiles and Dr Shreeve and his staff were the ones for me! Such an amazing, professional, clean environment. I used to work for a Dental corp and I've also had dentists insist on procedures that weren't really needed, finding out afterwards that my teeth were in great shape and didn't need it. They have the top of the line and latest technology. I also learned something I never knew about myself, I'm tongue/tied! I felt very comfortable and confident in their practice and the Dr's knowledge. And also very happy with products they use, their dental hygienists hands are super gentle. Business is only interested in ripping people off. I went in with tooth pain, needed tooth pulled. They didn't take my insurance so had to pay out of pocket. Tooth has been gray for a long time, gum and sinus was swollen. Dentist, dr porter, refused to pull the tooth, refused to give me any antibiotic for infection and nothing for pain! Was only interested in working on my other teeth which would've cost $2,100!! No payment plan, and still didn't include pulling the tooth. They kept pushing me to have all this work done, calling in their office mgr, knowing full well we'd be paying out of pocket for all this. What kind of dr leaves a patient in pain? Dr's are in "healing professions" and take an "oath" to help people, but not this one. Obviously this on only cares about lining his pockets. read more

I have been very pleased with Dr. Shreeve and his entire staff! Dr. Shreeve has a very calm and caring demeanor about him. He listens to you and responds accordingly. When I had to have my root canal done, he made sure I was completely numb (and his numbing itself was almost painless), and that I was doing okay throughout. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day! Never had that after a root canal from any dentist! He thought he might have to do extra (aka more expensive procedures) twice and did not. This is how I come to believe he's an honest dentist. I don't fear my future procedure with him, and that matters a great deal to me! Tammy, the hygienist is also fantastic. I despise having my teeth cleaned and this was by far the easiest one yet (and I was way past due...so extra work for her.). She kept me out of pain and was very careful and listened as well. I very impressed. Plus, my teeth felt sooo clean when she was done!!!! Tasha, at the front desk, is so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. I LOVE that I can text her, instead of call!!!! She's accommodating and doesn't get frustrated with my difficult schedule either! Courtney is super sweet too! She listens and makes everything easier. She is aware of what Dr. Shrieve needs, which allows him to get done what he needs quicker (which is always nice). She's very easy to work with and very likable. Overall, I've yet to find anything I dislike about this office. Now going to the dentist isn't a fun event for anyone I'm sure, so having one you trust is key. I'm glad we found Dr. Shreeve and his staff. Elite Smiles will surely bring smile to your face. read more

I just got done as a first time patient here. I had my cleaning, x-rays, and teeth photographed by Tammy. Tammy was really awesome to work with and was time efficient while doing an exceptional job. After finishing up Dr. Shreeve came in and gave me a run down on both preventative maintenance for keeping my teeth healthy as well as going over problem areas with visual pictures they had taken earlier. After finishing up Tammy gave me a goody bag and brought me to the front with Jennifer and Katie. They had my paperwork ready to go with a quick swipe of my card I was on my way. Every person I saw today not only greeted me with a handshake and smile but left me with one as well. I don't always enjoy going to the dentist but now I can say I look forward to now knowing they'll be the ones taking care of me. A++ read more

Exceptional dental service and exceptional doctor and staff. Dr. Shreeve performed an extraction and bone graph to prepare for an implant. I was extremely anxious and apprehensive about the appointment because I hadn't been to a dentist in five years. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were extremely professional. Reese my dental hygienist talked me through everything she was doing, didn't make me feel guilty or bad because I hadn't had a cleaning in so long, Gave me all of my options and kept my mind off my deep cleaning by telling me stories about her dogs (I'm a vet tech, so dogs are my thing) while she was working in my mouth. They gave me a print out of all recommended things I needed in the near future and every way I could break them up to either save money or split up length of appointments. I was referred to Dr. Shreeve Several years ago and never looked back. I needed a dentist that would keep me on top of things and inform me of every possible outcome when it comes to dental work and I found it here. The best part is I never feel pressured to do anything immediately unless it's an absolute emergency. Any time a treatment plan is needed I'm given a detailed summary of cost/coverage and I can ask as many questions as I need to without feeling rushed or judged. Scheduling/rescheduling appointments is easy and they remind you several times via email, phone, or text. It's a wonderful thing to have when life gets busy. We recently took our 3 year old for the first time and he loved it! Everyone was so patient with him and talked him through everything. The hygienist made him feel so comfortable, he even asked to do it again! My family and I will continue to see Dr. Shreeve and his staff for many years to come. Dr. Shreeve and his team were exceptional. From my initial phone call, I knew the care I was going to receive was going to be above and beyond. I had some general anxiety, but they put me right at ease. At my first visit, the hygienist, Tammy, was EARLY to greet me! I can't remember the last time any doctors appointment ran o time!The office is clean and modern, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Every one of the staff I came in contact with was helpful, caring and knowledgeable. When the thorough (surprisingly comfortable) cleaning was done, I saw Dr. Shreeve- what a great bedside manner, by the way! He is friendly and very genuine... something I find most doctors lack these days. He was concerned about my comfort level, and seemed like he really wanted to help me get what I needed.
