They got me right in, placed a temporary crown and worked with a shade match company to get the permanent crown shade just right. Subsequently, I have moved my entire family over to this office and everyone has been more than happy. I think the best part is the "vibe". They play music videos in the lobby and exotic destinations travel vids in the each of the individual rooms. Its a little girly with hot pink furniture and decor, but I love it! Everyone has been amazing from the front desk to the dentist! I am forever grateful to you all for helping me through one of the lowest points in my dental history.

(1 star) I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience at Vibe Dental, specifically with Dr. Lee. Two weeks ago, I had a wisdom tooth filled, but the condition got worse after the treatment. Because of the pain and concern, I returned to the office. At my follow-up visit, Dr. Lee recommended extracting the tooth. I agreed, but I also pointed out that if extraction was necessary, it should have been addressed during my previous visit instead of putting me through additional time, cost, and discomfort. After I said that, Dr. Lee's attitude completely changed. He made a negative facial expression and then refused to continue any treatment. I was left without care and felt dismissed as a patient. This is not just poor communication -- it is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. Although I ended up receiving treatment from a different dentist at the same office, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not trust Dr. Lee again and would strongly caution others. Patients deserve respect, clear treatment planning, and professionalism. This experience did not meet any of those expectations.

Been coming here for the last 3yrs. This is my favorite dental office. We love our hygienist…read moreBrittany, and of course Dr Huynh! You'll feel comfortable as soon as you step in, i'm not sure how they created that culture, but its so refreshing. The service & care they give to their clients is top-notched! I wish them more success!

I arrived for what I believed was a routine crown fitting appointment. Once seated, I was informed…read morethat I would need to be numbed and receive an injection before the fitting. This was never communicated to me beforehand. When I expressed surprise, the hygienist explained that decay needed to be removed before the new crown could be fitted. I responded that I strongly dislike numbing medication because it makes me nauseous and said, "I hate the numbing medication." Shortly afterward, the hygienist left the room. The dentist then returned and informed me that they would no longer have me as a patient because I had allegedly used profanity toward his staff. At no point was my comment directed at the hygienist or any staff member. I was expressing frustration about the medication itself. If my language was a concern, a simple request to avoid profanity would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, I was dismissed as a patient based on what appears to have been a misunderstanding. I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a new patient. Better communication regarding treatment expectations and a more reasonable approach to patient concerns would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
