My sister got her flowers at 3:30pm! I selected the Desert Sunrise bouquet in the standard size, and it was gorgeous. It looked even better than the picture on the website! The flowers were fresh and smelled wonderful. Thank you so much for helping make my sister's day. She absolutely loved the flowers, and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality. One thing to note for future customers as it wasn't listed on their website: at the time of my order, the delivery fee was $12.95. I highly recommend Suzann's!

I gave the info of what I wanted to my sister and she called and ordered what I mentioned to her. They were able to deliver from Upland to Fontana. The flowers came out so beautiful and is very full. The bouquet included all the flowers I wanted! I was in awe. I definitely recommend this place as they were able to cater to my bouquet dreams on such short notice!

However, when I arrived to pick up the bouquet, I was told that my arrangement hadn't been made yet and that they needed a few more hours to put it together. I didn't think much of it at the time and was happy to wait. Unfortunately, when I finally received the bouquet, the pink gerbera daisies were not included.

My girlfriend and her family are currently out of the country because their grandmother passed away this past Friday. The entire family had to leave suddenly, which meant her nephew, who was graduating today, and his 21 year old sister stayed behind alone. To make things even more emotional, their mother passed away from cancer three years ago. I volunteered to take him to his graduation so he would still have someone there supporting him on such an important day. When I arrived at Archibald Flowers, they were extremely busy because of graduation season. I gave them my friend's name, but they initially could not find the order. Eventually they located it and brought out a beautiful white lei. I placed it in the car, and just as I was about to leave, one of the employees came outside and explained they had accidentally given me the wrong one and that my friend had actually ordered the Bombay lei. I opened the trunk, and the employee kindly told me I could choose whichever one I preferred. I asked if there was a price difference, and at that moment, who I believe was the owner came outside. I told her I simply wanted whichever lei had originally been ordered. She then smiled and said, "You know what, for the confusion, just take both." I was honestly taken aback. I asked if she was sure, and she said yes. I thanked her deeply. What she did not know is how much this meant to this young man and his family during such a difficult and emotional time. When I later called my girlfriend to tell her what happened, she became emotional and said, "I think that was my sister sending a gift," referring to her late sister. To the beautiful salt and pepper haired woman who helped us today, thank you for your generosity and kindness. You may never fully know how meaningful your gesture was for this family. In a world where people are often rushed and distracted, your compassion stood out in such a powerful way. We will absolutely continue purchasing flowers from Archibald Flowers. I looked at the expiration date only to see that they were manufactured in 2021 and expired in 2023. No worries, they're so nice at the store, I would bring them back and surely be refunded I thought. I was wrong. They told me they were on sale because they expired. They didn't indicate this when purchasing. They said they checked with the health department who said they can sell food that is 3 years past the expiration date as long as it was reduced in price. Something about this doesn't seem correct to me. Surely you'd have to advertise that they're expired or let your consumer know, especially because these tasted awful. The woman was nice and offered me some nuts in return, and even though that was very kind I don't think I'll be frequenting this store again if they're in practice of selling expired food.
